Revdex.com: As a result of filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, the business sent me an e-mail telling me that my picture had been sent It arrived today I am convinced that it only arrived as a result of my filing a complaintI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I'm not really expecting a refund to happen However, I went back and forth several times when creating this canvas and when I originally started I had the correct size entered Somewhere between the editing back and forth it changed to the final size Because I had originally entered the size I wanted, I really didn't pay too much attention to the size on the final order page That's my fault But I received the confirmation email within seconds of placing the order and saw the issue at that point and that was when I went back to the site to try to find a way to contact the company to change the canvas size.I don't believe that my order was in production within minutes of it being placed Had there been a customer service phone number listed on their site or in the email confirmation I could have called within minutes of placing my order to have the order corrected.My complaint was registered primarily to express my dissatisfaction with the company having no customer service department and to warn anyone who might be looking up this company on the Revdex.com site that the company has no customer service, no way to modify and or cancel an order once it's been placed In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We were contacted by the customer on December **, about duplicate ornaments that were ordered and receivedWe apologize for any delay in communication as we were responding to an increase of inquiries and requests due to the busy holiday season.A supervisor contacted the customer on January **, to resolve the matterA refund of $was issued for the three duplicate ornaments If we can provide any additional information, please let us know Best regards,Canvas People

Hello,Thank you for allowing us to address this complaint.This order was cancelled and refunded prior to this complaint as per the customer's requestOur customer service team had responded to the customer's email to confirm this cancellationIf the refund has not been posted to the customer's account they will need to reach out to their bank or credit card company as the funds show as being successfully returned

The customer contacted us on November **, about an order that had not yet been receivedAn incorrect shipping address was given during order placement and the item was returned to usWe apologize for any delay in communication, as we were attending to inquiries and requests as quickly as possible during the busy holiday season.This issue has since been resolved, as the customer provided the correct shipping address and a new canvas was created and shipped.If we can provide any additional information, please let us know Best regards,Canvas People

The customer contacted us after placing an order for the wrong canvas canvas on November **, 2016. We were not able to cancel the order that was placed.The customer does have a chance to review their order prior to submitting billing information to ensure that the order being placed is to their... liking. Due to our highly automated process, orders go immediately into production if they meet our image resolution requirements. Our cancellation policy states that canvases are personalized items and may not be modified or cancelled once an order has been placed online. Please note that our policy on modifications and cancellations is listed on our Frequently Asked Questions page and in our Return Policy. Because the canvas size that was selected during order placement is the canvas that was received, this order is not eligible for a refund or replacement. If we can provide any additional information, please let us know.Best regards,Canvas People

The customer contacted us on January **, 2017 about an order that was said to be on hold for low resolution. We contacted the customer January [redacted] and February * to inform that the photo used in the order did not have a low resolution. We apologize for any confusion, as we experienced a... technical glitch that sent the email, even though the order met our minimum resolution requirements.This has been resolved as this was explained to the customer and the high resolution image was printed and shipped without any delay.If we can provide any additional information, please let us know. I received an email from Canvas People on 9/**/saying I had a transaction refund of $I appreciate the refund but
dislike the fact that I had to file a complaint an order to receive itThey need to have a contact person and someone to answer the phones besides an email address for communication, that they don't even respond to!Sincerely,*** ***

They sent me an e-mail saying that my picture was too low resolution, even though when I first ordered it there wasn't a problem with the
resolutionThen, I requested to cancel my order; they didn't respondOn October **, they sent me another e-mail (attached) which said that they had a new technology that would make my photo a better resolution for printingThis e-mail also said that it was sent to productionI still have not received a refund or my canvas
