The customer contacted us on December *, with a request to cancel an order that was selected as an upsell on November ** Due to the highly automated nature of our process, products are created and shipped as quickly as possible and we were not able to cancel the orderAt the time
of the request, the item had already been sent to production and was likely waiting to be boxed, waiting to be picked up for shipment or transferred to *** and awaiting a tracking number As per our Return Policy, orders are personalized items and may not be modified or cancelled once an order has been placed onlineThis is stated in our return policy and was explained to the customer. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Canvas People regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received my canvas however half of the picture was cut offI again contacted the company requesting a reprint and as of 10/**
received an e mail stating that a new one is being printed and shippedAs of 10/** I haven't received the new canvas and will not consider this problem resolved until I receive the product that I ordered to my satisfaction

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Canvas People regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have received an email from the companyThey stated that not long after I placed my order, they sent me an email stating that my picture
wasn't good quality and a link to reupload a different pictureI told them I didn't receive the email so they sent it againI'm going to upload a better quality picture and see if maybe this time I will receive my order.

The customer contacted us on January **, 2017 about an order that was said to be on hold for low resolution. We contacted the customer January ** and February * to inform that the photo used in the order did not have a low resolution. We apologize for any confusion, as we experienced a...
