 They did respond and said they could not refund my money, but I could send another pic, but would still have to pay shipping and...

handling on it. That was over 18.00. I refused because they should have gotten it right the first time.

The customer contacted us after placing an order for the wrong canvas canvas on November **, 2016. We were not able to cancel the order that was placed.The customer does have a chance to review their order prior to submitting billing information to ensure that the order being placed is to their...

liking. Due to our highly automated process, orders go immediately into production if they meet our image resolution requirements. Our cancellation policy states that canvases are personalized items and may not be modified or cancelled once an order has been placed online.  Please note that our policy on modifications and cancellations is listed on our Frequently Asked Questions page and in our Return Policy.  Because the canvas size that was selected during order placement is the canvas that was received, this order is not eligible for a refund or replacement.  If we can provide any additional information, please let us know.Best regards,Canvas People

I'm not really expecting a refund to happen.  However, I went back and forth several times when creating this canvas and when I originally started I had the correct size entered.  Somewhere between the editing back and forth it changed to the final size.  Because I had originally entered the size I wanted, I really didn't pay too much attention to the size on the final order page.  That's my fault.  But I received the confirmation email within seconds of placing the order and saw the issue at that point and that was when I went back to the site to try to find a way to contact the company to change the canvas size.I don't believe that my order was in production within 5 minutes of it being placed.  Had there been a customer service phone number listed on their site or in the email confirmation I could have called within minutes of placing my order to have the order corrected.My complaint was registered primarily to express my dissatisfaction with the company having no customer service department and to warn anyone who might be looking up this company on the Revdex.com site that the company has no customer service, no way to modify and or cancel an order once it's been placed.

company not responding to your written attempts. I am emailing to inform you that I finally received my order on December [redacted].The company emailed me on December [redacted] asking whether I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to send out my final canvas, so it seems that they didn't know that they finally sent out my order either. Regardless, I finally received my whole order and am glad to be through the ordeal.If you require any further assistance in the matter or need any assistance from me, please let me know. I truly appreciate your help. I submitted my order back in August and am just glad to be done with that company. Thank you,

The customer contacted us on November *, 2016 after uploading and submitting photos to be printed that the customer did not have a release for from the photographer. A customer support representative explained to the customer on November * that we did not have a way of knowing that the photos...

I received an email from the company telling me that the photo I used could not be processed.  Then another email...

saying it could.  Then a third which said that the one that said it could be used was a mistake.  At this point I have asked them for a refund for that part of the order as I don't want to send in a new picture, because I don't believe that they will process it or get the print to me in a timely manner.I have not heard back from them yet after asking for the refund.

The customer contacted us through [redacted] about an order that was placed on December **, 2016 for 36 canvases, using a recent promotion. We reviewed the order and explained to the customer that the charges were correct. It was explained to the customer that the email promotion for and 11x14 canvas...

at $4.99 and $16x20 canvas for $8.99 did not include shipping and handling costs and that shipping and handling costs would be applied to each item in the order.  This information was provided in the email promotion that was used. A customer support representative reviewed the tracking information on January *, 2017, and found informed the customer that the tracking information showed that each item in the order had been delivered. The order was not eligible for a full refund, as all of the pricing information was made available to the customer before the order was placed. As a courtesy, we issued a refund of $319.80 for the cost of the canvases. If we can provide any additional information, please let us know.   Best regards, Canvas People
