For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Customer Service IssuesCustomer Service IssuesselectProblem: November 26, 2016, I wrote the following to Revdex.com: "I ordered the FREE trial supply of Max Garcinia and Max Green Coffee for a total of $shipping and handlingWhen I received a second shipment of two more bottles, I called the company and was told it was because I did not cancel in the day trial periodThere was no mention of a trial period or having to cancel anythingThere was no paperwork with either shipmentI asked to talk to a supervisor and was told he would tell me the same thingThey kept telling me to hang up and I kept telling them I wanted to speak to a supervisorShe then told me they would refund $for each of the two bottles and cancel my orderThey said I agreed to this and I kept asking to speak to a supervisorI finally did hang upWhen my bank statement came, there were three charges on it...$93.95-$and $I called back and said I had agreed to the refund of $(x $49.99) and then she hung up on me while I was still talkingI went to my bank and she called them and they gave her the same run-aroundThey told her the $was only for shipping and not for the bottlesIn total, they sent four bottles...two supposedly Free ones and the two they sent laterI don't know why they charged me for another bottle that I never receivedI have the four unopened bottles and will return them at their expenseAt the banks suggestion, I have cancelled my bank card and will receive a new one."
