We do apologize for any confusion, however listening to the customer service call, our spent a great deal of time explaining the terms and conditionsThese are listed on our check out page and the customer cannot complete the order without reading and agreeing to the termsWe do not hope this
customer forgets to cancel, our subscription enrollment is there because most enjoy the product and appreciate the reshipment of the orderThe customer agreed to the cancellation of one product and a discount of the other for future order, but regardless we have issued a full refund and cancelled all future orders

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I am very happy to finally get all of my money back (minus S & H costs) I just wanted to add that I only agreed to the discount on future orders because they originally said that in order for me to get at least $back (which the customer service rep said would be "unlikely"), I would have to talk to a supervisor and my account would need to remain active; thus offering me a 50% discount on future orders, so I felt that I had no choice but to accept the terms in hopes to receive the $ Note: The supervisor wasn't available to discuss my concerns with me at that time and I was told they would contact me within 24-hrs., which they did not When I called back, I told them nobody contacted me and I want my account canceled - I told them I didn't want to take any chances of getting billed againThey said they would make sure it was cancelled and a supervisor would still call me back The next day they did call me and refunded me the $ I was somewhat happy to get "something", but then the supervisor said that I would be receiving future orders at 50% off Huh?! They were supposed to cancel my account according to my last phone call She then said, I'm sorry about that ma’am and I will make sure it is cancelled I asked for a confirmation of the cancellation, which I did receive, so hopefully, I will not be billed again When she asked if there any anything else that she should could do for me, I then asked her why did I receive *** *** *** when I ordered *** *** Extract? She did not address this and tried to quickly get me off the phone saying that she was sorry and that she understandsReally?! Also, in my original complaint with the Revdex.com, I did mention receiving the wrong product and as you can see it was still not addressed by them in their Business ResponseAll I can say is “they do NOT understand”. What a horrible experience!

We apologize for any inconvenience. Our records do show that both trial offers were delivered to customer's mailbox in Minneapolis, but we've gone ahead and refunded for both trials regardless.

We apologize for any confusion. Our Terms and Conditions and our website state that after a the 14 day trial ends the customer will be charged for the full product price and billed monthly for new products. We have a tracking number that clearly shows her original trial product was delivered...

(USPS [redacted]) to her mail box. Regardless, we've decided to fully refund this customer and have stopped all future purchases.Thank you.

action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  HelloI went to the credit uoin and gave them sign paper work they have dellt with this company before the company promised me 100 percent of my money back and what they put back was the first amount 99.98 and 93.95 = 193.93 , the third time they removed money they took 99.98 and 99.90 = 199.88 this charge here we refused the product at the post office last week so by know they have there product back . so they owe me $ 199.98 thank you   [redacted] orth
