We had a recent stay in Cedar Creek's Bears Den. The cabin was wonderful for two people - nice and roomy. The weather did not cooperate so we had plenty of time for rest and relaxation and the hot tub provided a focal point for that! Great cabin for a getaway.

Cedar creek cabin has definitely got my business any time I rent a cabin they went above and beyond to make sure the weather didn't mess are vacation up and the cabins they offer are way more then excepted you guys are awesome

Hi guys! We stayed with Cedar Creek in the cabin called Paradise! It was amazing! We definitely felt like we were in our own little paradise! It was perfect and cozy! Everything was super clean and there was so much space! The hot tub was always at a great temperature! We loved our stay and will continue to use Cedar Creek cabin's! Wendy was also wonderful to work with! Thanks Ted for your beautiful cabin's and your amazing staf!

We stayed in Allure, beautiful location. Super comfy bed, LIKE VERY COMFY lol. Sucked coming home to our queen bed ð???. The creek is right by the cabin, in the mornings we could drink coffee and sit on the little rocking chair swing they have on the back deck and just enjoy the sound and view. The cabin was very clean, kitchen had a lot of items to cook with (which I used a lot). Coffee pot was great. Spa on the cabin deck was amazing, as well as the huge garden tub. We LOVED how close each town was, Helen, Cleveland, and another one I can't remember but everything was so very close to where we stayed. Wendy will definitely take care of you!

The birthday trip for my wife started out with a few hiccups, but ended up being a great stay! Our initial cabin had some issues that could have made for bad weekend. We worked with Wendy the manager and she took care of us right away. The upgrade cabin and the great/fast customer service she provided made up for all. We had a great time along with some awesome views... we will come back for sure!

From the beginning of our visit in our honeymoon cabin, the cabin was filthy. Cleaning log in cabin even supports that the cabin had not been cleaned in over a month (thus prompting health concerns). We contacted the owners who prompted us that we had to be in contact with them within 24 hours of check-in for them to take further action.. With limited phone service and delayed check-in due to our wedding, & holiday we were unable to contact them within the 24 hour period. After discussion with the business, we agreed to a cleaning fee refund. After several months of requesting our refund, the business has not refunded our cleaning fee. They continue to reply that we need to be in contact with them to make sure we get the refund- as we have done for the past months. Poor customer service overall with disappointing misbelieves of our cabin we rented for our honeymoon. Pictures and email conversation to support.

The company did confirm the address. I never received either of the checks Cedar Creek said they sent, or the credit, as agreed in September 2018. The cleaning fee is a small amount, but it seems it has been hard for Cedar Creek to give & send a small monetary gesture to show they care and listen. I am disappointed in their self-justifying responses to these concerns since our stay in September. How is it acceptable for a business to rent out a cabin, knowing it was going to be treated for bugs, which then causes dead bugs throughout (including on the bed) and not clean it afterward? The cabin was not cleaned in over a month, according to their cleaning log, when we arrived.

Anniversary trip and stayed in Enchantment cabin. It was beautiful and clean. Easy to find thanks to the informative emails. Jacuzzi was amazing! Wendy is friendly and helpful. We will be going back for sure.

My boyfriend and I work constantly and live in the big city of Charleston, SC (we are originally from the very small town of Dillon, SC; population 6400). Anywho, we decided we wanted a change of scenery and to unwind in the mountains for the weekend. A friend of mine had recently traveled to Helen, GA and I had to see it for myself. We searched the internet for the perfect cabin and also for pet accessible cabins, as I desperately wanted to carry my cat, Champ (never did I ever think I would be a cat lady, but things happen)...no such luck though, no one wants cats in their cabins! But the cabin we chose was perfect. Bear Hollow was a dream and we only left our cabin secondary to we wanted to lay eyes on Helen, which was a 30 minute drive away. Bear Hollow had it all: jacuzzi tub with jets, indoor sauna, hot tub with a privacy fence, two fire places, smart tv and WiFi, pool table, a charcoal grill, our own campfire site, immaculately clean, and on a small creek which we loved! We gave it a 9.9 out of 10; the only thing we can say negatively was there were a few lightbulbs out, but big whoop! The staff was very friendly and seriously only a text message away. We are so glad we booked with Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals and we will DEFINITELY be booking with them again in the near future!

I checked in Saturday December 22, and on Wednesday the 26 I noticed red bites on both my hands. By Friday the 28, there were bites on both my legs and by Sunday the 30 they spread to my back and face. Due to the holidays, I was not able to see the doctor until January 2. The doctor has prescribed me an ointment. The picture below were taken yesterday January 4. Attach is the picture of my hand, the ointment and over the counter remedies have relieved the swelling and itching of the bites.

I an asking management to please inspect the cleanliness and upkeep of this cabin. When I walked in, I noticed the cabin was not very clean. How could the cleaning people have cleaned the whole cabin in about an hour or so'
1. The Hot Tub was not cleaned because there was not even an outside hose there to clean it.
2. The bed and sheets did not look clean.
3. The ceiling fan in the living room was very dusty. When you sit and look up, all you could see was dust.
4. The coffee maker was broke.
5. A lot of the light bulbs were out.
6. The toilet in the master was not clean. I could see the spots under the toilet.
7. The tub in the master, the hot water never got hot, so if you wanted to use it, it was cold/luke warm.

On Monday December 24, reported that the hot tub was not working because it need more water, the coffeemaker was broke, and the water for tub in the bathroom was not hot. Later on, someone did bring an outside hose to fill the water up so it would work but did not resolve the other issues.

I have emailed them several times and no one has acknowledged and responded to my emails.

I have stayed at cedar creek cabins for years and my family and I love it . They are very friendly people to work with and the cabins are very clean and nice decorated. We can't wait to go back in a couple weeks!!

Exceptional experience all around!! Beautiful accommodations, rustic and natural setting, and great staff- 5 star all around!!

In a word, incredible!
This cabin and it's setting coupled with the caring, communicative, and supportive nature of it's staff made this experience truly blissful. It is absolutely the finest cabin experience we've ever had. The staff was close at hand without affecting the remote and tranquil nature of the stay. The cabin is state-of-the-art with all the desired creature comforts and then some. It's obvious that Cedar Creek Cabins is the top shelf choice in Georgia. Will definitely return. High praise for professionalism and customer service to Wendy (Concierge) & Billy (Maintenance).

My family had a wonderful stay at the Gingerbread Haus on Mount Yonah! We have a 13 month old, and it was so convenient to stay in a homey cabin with her, rather than a hotel. The views were to die for. The cabin was very clean, and the services CedarCreek offers make the stay very easy. They stayed in touch by text and provided lots of literature to make our stay perfect. We will be staying up here again very soon!

Nice, clean, secluded, relaxing vacation rental. The staff was exceptionally nice and hospitable. All the directions provided regarding how to enter the gate, how to checking in, and how to operate the Wi-Fi and fireplace where helpful. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures. We will be returning very soon.

My family spent Thanksgiving in Whispering Pines cabin and we loved it! The cabin was welcoming and clean and had great areas to gather together, and enough space to spread out if you needed some time alone. The jacuzzi was clean and all heated and ready for us! Beds were very comfy and we really enjoyed the fireplace! Wendy at Cedar Creek was more than helpful and just a call away if needed! They even checked on us! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching deer get their water from the creek below. We went to Helen and shopped and then to Stone Mountain to play in the snow! We will definitely be back and will look to Cedar Creek for our next cabin!!

We stayed in Deer Crossing and celebrated Thanksgiving. The cabin was clean, well stocked with kitchen things, spacious and had so many more amenities that we never got around to using. The fireplace and fire pit definitely got a workouts as it was chilly fall weather for our Florida bones! The staff is always quick to answer any questions and help in any way. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed at Tranquility 1 for a weekend getaway for our 15th Anniversary. Cedar Creek Cabins was everything we expected from the pictures. The cabin was extremely clean, private, and very quiet which is everything we look for when getting away together. We went out to eat in Helen and brought breakfast back so cooking wasn't an issue for us. It is the perfect cabin to get away for a couple! I will recommend CCCR and we're already planning on coming again!

Me and my wife had one of the best experiences with this cabin rental company! We stayed at dreamscape! It was so beautiful and well took care of. Usually with cabin rentals, the pictures compared to the actual cabin are no where near the same in a negative way. With this cabin, the actual cabin exceeded all expectation, and the pictures in our opinion doesn't do it justice. It was amazing! Owners were helpful and great customer service!
