I received correspondence back from compaby twice on reason for delay, overseas company (hong Kong) was shipper I actually received the product the next day ThursdayNov and it works So I am good at this time Thank you for your assistance [redacted] ***

Second, I have not yet seen a refund of $17.47 to my credit card ... and I have not received any message from CellPhoneShop indicating that I do not have to return their bait-and-switch product.

Fourth, I have not received any indication that they will stop showing an "original price" that they have never charged to any customer.

I took my cell phone to them on 6-26-14 they were to flash and port my number to [redacted] my number got ported on they 6-27-14 and then they were supposed to flash it but they did not they told me they were flashing it then 6-28-14 came and I went to their store at 10:30am when they were suppose to be open and I sat up there waiting but they never did open so 6-29-14 came I went to back to get my phone and they told me that they had no one to cover the store on Saturday and that the reason why my phone did not get flashed was they were wait on their mom the add credit so they had my phone for 4 days and did nothing to it. I feel that the owner of the store needs to be notify about this they have teenagers run the place and their customer service sucks they act like they don.t care thank you for your timeDesired SettlementI feel that they should flash my phone free of charge

Review: I placed two orders with Cellphoneshop.net. The first order the device does not work and the other the devices literally fell apart. One order is very old so I'm ok with not getting a refund on that one. However, the fairly new one I want store credit. When I first contacted them about this issue I was promised store credit. Nothing was said about returning the equipment so I threw them away. When I pressed them about the oldest order they then started to give me a hard time and they want me to send the devices back. To ship the items back will cost me more than the items and they know that and it's why they want me to send them back. The two orders are #[redacted] and #[redacted].

Once again they offered me store credit with no mention of sending back the items and now they are taking that back. I have an email where they offered store credit.Desired Settlement: Store Credit

After reviewing the above mentioned case, we have tried to contact our customer and offered a store credit to the customer finally.

According to our return policy, customers are required to return the products for an exchange /store credit or refund. We are not sure if there is any misunderstanding and therefore our customer did not keep the item for product return.

But as a courtesy to our customer, we finally decided to offer the store credit. And we have sent the relevant details to the customer on how to use the credit on the future purchase.

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER

I ordered 3 products for my Iphone. None of them worked.

I had to pay to return the product.

They said they would refund my money to my credit card. they put it in a paypal account which I have to pay to get a check.

They took 2 weeks to respond to my emails,

I purchased it in January and received my money in April.

Their products are worthless
