I am so frustrated because this company said that for $120 they could fix my phone screen, and that if I came in to put half down, they would have the part in 5 days, which I did. They had not reached out to me for over a week, so I called in to be told that they were never actually able to locate the part, they have just been holding onto my money with no plan to reach out and let me know. Now, in order to get my money back, I have to go back in. Furthermore, the man on the phone said "This is beyond my control. How do you expect me to fix this without a part?" This is not beyond your control. You said that you had located a part to order before I went out of my way to put half of the money down, and you waited until I reached out to let me know there was a problem in the first place. How long were they going to hold onto my money with no resolution in sight? I asked if they could try again to get in touch with a supplier and they refused.
