Review: Central financial control and its inappropriate collection reporting on my credit -[redacted]

I [redacted] would like to address issue with central financial control where such agency wrongfully is reporting inaccurate , fraudulent information & account numbers to 3 credit bureaus claiming it belongs to me [redacted] where in fact accounts and such reporting of debt own ,simply don't belong to me !!!

Recording to records from my credit reports it reads "[redacted] account starting [redacted] original creditor in amount of $400.00 & [redacted] in amount of $250.00 " Number one this is 100% pure FRAUD and I never ever even heard of such medical place or care , also, I have never been in such place , number two I have been employee with same company [redacted] and have great health insurance for the last 8 years [redacted]. If ever needed medical visit or care my [redacted] insurance covers mostly all except deductible and co-pay so to this date this fugitive company central financial control failed to provide any evidence and supporting docs.

I am in shock they can get away with such actions !!!looks like to me this accounts were done in form of Fraud /identity theft !!!I need your help Revdex.com to track down this agency and go after them !!!I have filed Identity Theft report case # [redacted] and also, I am able to provide my ** state license # as well my [redacted] insurance card # and all other info that you need ...[redacted]Desired Settlement: I am seeking from the business central financial control to immediately remove reporting off of my credit bureaus as the account listed above, simply don't belong to me , failure to do so will result in possible law suite if Revdex.com is not able to fix the issue and btw [redacted] right it's a business isn't that right , shame on you central financial control !!!

Thank you for bringing [redacted]’s complaint to our attention. Due to the concerns expressed our office has thoroughly reviewed the above listed accounts.

Review: This company reported a medical bill on all three of my credit reports that I'm not financially responsible about. I drove my daughter up to the ER when she got a call that my grand daughter had been injured. When arriving, the nurse rushed my daughter to the back and ask me to fill out documents with my granddaughters information. My granddaughter had insurance, but I didn't know the info at the time. My daughter told them she would call later with the info. She did call back with info and insurance refusing to pay. Few months later this is on my credit! Not my daughters, not her father..but mine. The only info I wrote down was my name. I wrote her parents down as the responsible party. How it was put on my credit, I have no idea. This ONE AND ONLY negative report on my credit has made my creditors lower my available balances and dropped my score. My daughter has contacted the debit collector and told them it's her bill, not mine. That she will take 100% responsibility for this bill. They told us to write a letter, sign it and fax a copy of the letter, her drivers licenses and SS Card and they would review for consideration. I've tried to fax this paperwork everyday, several times a day for the last two weeks...and each time, the fax says no answer. I'v contacted them several times concerning this and they just tell me to keep trying. I think they intentionally give out a number that doesn't work. I've asked them how they can put a bill on my credit that I'm not responsible for. They tell me I am responsible since I filled out the documents and they said I signed the paperwork. I told them I didn't sign anything and have asked for documentation proving I signed the document. They refuse to send me ANY documentation validating these charges are mine. They refuse to give me any detail of the acct proving this charge is my responsibility other then telling me the balance and willing to take payment. How can they just put charges on anyone's credit without proof??Desired Settlement: I want the negative charges removed from all credit reports they have filed this medical bill with!

Review: Account does not belong to me.

I've sent them a certified letter to validate the debt which they have ignored and not responded to. This account doesn not belong to me and I want it removed off of my Experian and TransUnion credit report. If this account is not removed I'll have no other choice to file a lawsuit against them for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).Desired Settlement: Remove from my Experian and TransUnion credit report.

Review: Although the bill to St. Francis Hospital was paid at the time of service, we received a bill TWO years later and the bill was for the PPO Contract Write-off amounts. St. Francis of Bartlett TN billed the patient for the amount they agreed to write off, as per insurance contract. The Tennessee Insurance Commissioner resolved this. And, still to this day, we are hounded by this Central Financial Control with nasty letters. I even tried to pay the new revised amount over the phone (even though we paid at the time of service) and Central Financial refused to accept my payment. Their business practices are deplorable.Desired Settlement: Would like to see this business change management or at least change their policies so that matters are either recorded more accurately or that they have better communication with their clients, such as St. Francis.

Review: I have contacted this collection agency numerous times stating this medical debt doesn't belong to me. They have me associated with the wrong person. They have down the wrong year of birth for me. I have never went to Hospitals of Providence-Memorial and the business is still not willing to delete this debt that doesn't belong to me. If the collection agency does not stop collection attempts on me and if they don't delete these medical accounts from my credit report I will take out a lawsuit against the collection agency and I will also go to the Los Angeles Times over this agencies unfair biking practices if the matter is not resolved by the business within 30 days.Desired Settlement: I want the business to delete these medical accounts from my credit reports and no more collection attempts by the business or legal action will be sought against the business and I'll go to the media. This involves two collection accounts with Central Financial Control/Syndicated Office Systems.

Review: I am still being billed for a child of mine who has and always has had Government Medicaid

MED1 02 ST CHRISTOPHER S HOSP CHILD is the detail attached along with the outstanding $806 dollars that I am being charged although my child was covered by the department of public assistance (medicaid) I have contacted everyone and when I spoke with this company they told me to mail them documents claiming my statements and I could not understand how no one could see systematically that my child was fully covered and this is becoming a burden to my credit score which means a lot to me. The Medicaid number to both my children is listed as follows.....[redacted] (health partners id #[redacted]) DOB [redacted] and my oldest .....[redacted] Health partners Id #[redacted] DOB [redacted].....If this company cares to get the money they feel they have to receive then start looking into the Health Partners corp, for it because this is becoming a matter of legality and I am ready to sue for the damage its been doing to my credit report. If there is anything that you need to know please feel free to contact me @ [redacted] Thank youDesired Settlement: please remove this medical bill so I can get my credit score in order. Patient Name: [redacted]

CFC Number: [redacted]

Facility: Saint Francis Hospital- [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

Our office is in receipt of your dispute letter requesting assistance.

The aforementioned account resulted from services rendered by our client, St. Francis Hospital- [redacted]. The Conditions of Services(COS) is the contract that outlines your financial responsibility for any charges incurred resulting from medical services rendered by our client. Please be advised, the COS also grants the facility permission to transfer your accounts to a collection agency. A copy of the COS was available to you upon admission to the facility. As a courtesy, a copy of the COS is enclosed for your records.

Per your primary insurance carrier, Cigna, $227.42 was determined to be the patient responsibility. A claim was submitted to your secondary insurance carrier, Medicaid, but they did not issue payment. A review of your account confirms that the amount paid by your primary insurance exceeded the amount allowed by your secondary insurance, therefore; no additional payments was owed. As a result, the account balance has been adjusted to zero.

We are in the process of retracting/ deleting our collection entry from your credit profile. We ask that you allow Experian, Trans-union, and Equifax, respectively 30-60 days to process our request from the date of this letter.

If the status of your account does not reflect this change on any other credit bureau report, please provide that particular credit reporting agency with a copy of this letter so they may update the change accordingly.

We appreciate you taking the time to bring this issue to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10185444, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I have never had Aetna for Health insurance and the diagnosis that was provided by the Collection Agency customer service department that in fact violets HIPPA laws in the state of Florida is NOT my diagnosis. The information provided by the company is inaccurate and for those reasons it should be deleted from my credit report indefinitely with no further collection attempts. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
