I just recently moved into a new apartment that did not allow my pet to stay with me because she is 45 pounds, a medium sized dog. So I have had issues in the past and been to a therapist etc but never came across an ESA before. With Certa pet I was evaluated fast, or maybe my physician just had some down time and was able to help me out fast with my evaluation. It took no more than 24 hours. ( like I said I feel like my physician was right there waiting ) After it all the process was quick and painless, though I do regret not not combining my travel and home when I first got her certified. You never know when you may fly!
