Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: yes, the brakes and rotors were fixed on the vehicle but I also had to forfeit months of the month warranty that the dealership was providing in order for them to fix the brakes and rotorsAgain, I asked if there were any other issues I should be aware of with the vehicle and I was told "NO"This is a clear case of misrepresentation of the condition of the carMr A*** needs to be fair and fix the issues to make the car safeI have no reason to make any statementsIf this process is going to be used to slander my name and good character then I will utilize my legal counsel from here on out to deal with this issue

I
am rejecting this response because: They stated in their response that first it
was a so called "AS IS" purchase and then stated that they would fix
itI asked them on numerous occasions, as mentioned in my initial statement,
that I asked them to fix itThe continued to give me the run around about this
"part" and how it was a special orderI took the vehicle to the
another shop to get looked at and they stated that the car was intentionally
tampered with as to be able to sell the carThe tampers include dashboard
lights removed so it would register that it was engine trouble, blatant patch
work and removal of parts that resulted in emission failures, etcI was told
it took effort to cover such falsities on this vehicleIn regards to them
ordering this part, that was never doneI asked the status on almost a daily
basis due to the expiration of the temp tags that were issuedAfter endless
attempts to get this "part" they just stopped taking my phone calls
by saying the manager is not in or leaving me on hold for ridiculous amounts of
timeThe part was never order and they never had any intentions on fixing my
vehicleThey were very eager to get my payment but when it came to helping me
fix this issue they were very unresponsiveIf the part was indeed ordered,
then that would mean that they currently have this "part" within
their inventoryAs stated in my initial statement, I cannot register this
vehicle until it passes emissions testingThe temporary registration expired
in February and I have been making payments on vehicle that cannot moveI am
asking that this issue be fixedI just want the company to fix and back their
product that they sold to an unsatisfied customerAnd in response to their accusation that I said there was no time; that was due to the reigistration was/had expired and that I would be driving on expired tags to and from their location. They said it didnt matter and the police would understand. I then stated that I have to use this vehicle to get to and from work and needed it which is why I purchased it in the first place. I never refused them trying to fix the vehicle. I just wanted them to fix it. This company has made statements throughout this entire process and just need for this nightmare of an experience to be over I have been fighting with
this company since January about this issue and they refuse to do anything
about itEspecially since this is the second notice that the Revdex.com had to send
because they totally disregarded the first correspondencePlease help me rectify
this long and tedious journeyThank you for your help with this matter

*** *** purchased her *** *** *** from us indeed in an "AS IS" Condition, she reached us and we told her due to the fact that she is far we would send her a refund check of $150. She agreed to accept that then she left us negative reviews and we tried to contact her again to see
why that was. She become very abusive and starting to calling us names and being unethical and her approach of resolving this issue become very unprofessional so we believe that we have done what could to resolve her complain. She has sent us emails of leaving negative reviews and I, myself have tried very hard to reason with her, but she is very rude and condescending. I even told her I would be more than happy to send her the check if she promised via email to retract her emails and not leave any further reviews. It appears to me that she wants to take advantage of her position as a customer and black mailing us with bad reviews and now a complain to Revdex.com

Purchase the vehicle from us in an "AS IS" condition and when he contacted us, we told him we will fix the issue. He brought the car and we diagnosed it and found the part that needed to be replaced, we made several attempts to get the part needed and it turned out that the
part was a special order part. we ordered the part and it was in back order and took a long time to get the part, we told *** *** to be patient with us, however he kept insisting that he has no time. I believe we have made our good faith attempt regardless of car being sold in an "AS IS " condition

bought his *** from us and we give him a complementary warranty, we have
addressed his issue several times and we have asked him to take the vehicle to
our shop and yes we have made solid effort to fix his vehicle

To whom it may concern,
Like I have said in my last respons, the vehicle was sold in an "AS IS" condition and the repairs that we had done was based on our "GOOD WILL REPAIR" policy We can not guarantee the life a used vehicle for its life time We have always encouraged our customers to contact us if they have a major issue with their car Like I told the customer at my office I would pay her $for the repairs not to be intimidating towards her but the fact is that I found starters as cheap as $ and the labour fee is $ I am sorry that our customers don't have access to the discount we do I can still off her $if she like to pick it up or we can mail it to her as a final assistance

We purchased a vehicle from Certified Car Center in VA in February We drove it home (an hour away in Maryland) to have it inspected and it failed state inspectionWe contacted Certified Car Center and they were not willing to pay for the repairsThen they offered to pay half which was unacceptable because we drove it off the lot with those problems It wasn’t until after two weeks of going back and forth with them, we dropped the car off at the dealership and told them to keep it, as we had not finalized the loan and had no intent on doing so unless the vehicle was repaired and satisfactorily re-inspected at no charge to usThey fixed it (after another two weeks) and four months later the engine dies! Now when we were negotiating purchasing the vehicle we were told by Niko that if we ever had any problems with the vehicle to let them know and they would cover 25% to 50% of repairsWe called and emailed and sent a repair statement ($5,500) and was told by Amin that he could f

hi,

this vehicle was sold in an as is condition, we do not guarantee [redacted] or any other state's inspection.  We have utilized our shop for 11 years and they never put any scratches on our cars.  I can get a touch up paint for the car not a problem.

To Whom it may concern,we did sell her a car in an "AS IS' condition and yes indeed she did
have an opportunity to take the car to a shop and get a pre-sale inspection and
the diagnostics were to fix the oil leak in the car.  We did address the issue and after that the
starter stopped...

working and it was not an item that was provided to her in “WE
OWE” form.  I did offer her $200 to compensate
her as a good well, and she turned it.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I have taken it to there mechanic several times and wasted many hours sitting on their deck waiting on my car to be returned repaired.  Which has not happened.  [redacted] labor is 150.00 per hour and they have probably paid that already on mechanics that are not [redacted] savy.  This needs to be fixed and fixed correctly.I do not want to waste another day taken off work waiting.
Regards,
[redacted]

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. A[redacted] again lies, even to the Revdex.com.  I initially contacted the company on July 28, 2014;  July 11, 2014; August 8, 2014 with no response from the company.  At this point, I did leave a poor review online.  I attempted to contact the company again on August 27.  They finally responded (AFTER I left the negative review) on August 27 and offered $150. It should be noted that $150 was only 1/3 of the cost to fix the issues they did not disclose.
I accepted and Mr. A[redacted] said he would mail the check that day (in an email dated August 28, 2014).  At this point, the negative review was not discussed or mentioned.
On August 29, 2014, Mr. A[redacted] contacted me about the review and was extremely unprofessional and rude.  I did agree to edit the review once the check was received.
Check was never received.  Mr. A[redacted] became increasingly nasty.  This man should not be in customer service. He does not value customers at all.
