This company was the greatest. The team was professional, timely and did a great job of putting in my heating system. They gave me all of the information I needed to put them to work. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Again, thank you so much.

Today I had a blessing literally come my way. As I was walking towards my daughter’s home to help her figure out how to remove the AC filter from her wall unit, I was lucky to find a van that marketed air conditioning, so I immediately stopped Mr Keith *** for help. I told him my daughter’s situation and he was available to help. It took him a few minutes to figure out the problem, the filter was dirty and just needed cleaning. The blessing was along my way, I saw Mr *** and he helped my daughter free of charge for checking her AC unit to see what it needed in order to work properly. Anyone else I’m sure would have charged me an arm and a leg to tell me I needed a new one.

My air conditioner stopped cooling properly, just in time for the Summer heat. I heard the Certified Heating advertisement on WVON, and decided to give them a call. Keith *** came out assessed my air conditioner's issue (a new filter, and Freon). He gave me tips on maintaining the air conditioner, and now my house is cool and keeping us calm an collect! I recommend Certified Heating because they are professional, proficient at getting the job done, and provided great customer service.

I became aware of certified heating through their advertising on WVON radio. My A/C went out and I called certified heating and spoke to Keith, who said he could be out that same day. He came out and right away discovered what the problem was. I was happy with the professional and courteous service that I received. It took one day longer than expected to get the part, which was no fault of certified heating. The technicians came out and provided excellent customer service and quickly installed the part. The pricing was very fair and Keith even provided me with a complimentary check-up in the fall because I had to wait the extra day for the part. Overall I was very satisfied with certified heating and would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Keith *** continuously gave me the run around for 2 weeks. He gave me a quote and price it took me a day to get the money. Every time a tried to schedule he would tell me he would call me back and would not call back. Everyday for two weeks I called him back after he said he would call me. When I finally talked to him he wanted to schedule an appointment to get a deposit. At this point I had no trust in Keith *** because of his inconsistencies and decided to go with a different company.

I am a first time customer, the service repair was for Central Air Conditioning , My call was answered promptly, I was scheduled for a same day Appointment. KEITH was very Professional and Courtesy . He was knowledgeable about the air conditioning system I have, he was very Accommodating , he gave me Various Options that worked best for me, I am very satisfied with the service I received. Great Install of Ignition System Fixture Today on my furnace. The technician Mr. Nelson was very professional. I am a Lynwood, Il. resident. Date of service was 11-15-19. The cleaning of my furnace and the thorough check for any gas or carbon monoxide leaks were both excellent.

Great Quality and professional work. The office was very professional and was very informative on the information for the combo furnace and air conditioning unit. The owner Keith answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about the process.

I called qualified heating at the beginning of March 2019 because I got a *** coupon with a really GOOD DEAL. I called up to inquire and a gentleman was sent out the same day to give me a quote. I was very happy with the quote and told the gentleman I would follow up when the weather was better. Sure enough I called and had them come out and replace my old furnace (1984 installed) which I'm surprised lasted as long as it did. I was given a courtesy call before they would arrive, and the whole install took about 4 and half hours. Peter (installer) was very professional and explained how to operate our new thermostat and how to register all warranties. All-in-All this service was way above my standards and I HIGHLY recommend their services. I will be using them again if need be for future services.

Great customer service with a great employees. Keith the owner personally talked to my insurance company to make sure we had heat for the winter. They were the third company we called and they were the ones that made it happen. I am very happy with them. I would recommend them to everyone.

My Trane furnace required a trained service man trained to repair my type of furnace.
Quality Heating Inc. had a repairman able to do the job. He explained everything and had the patience to deal with me and the problem. Had to wait for parts, but well worth waiting since my furnace is working great. Will be calling Qualified Heating. Inc. for future maintenance.
