We were very satisfied with the work that was done on our furnace last month during the snow storm. They came out on an emergency call. Very professional and reasonable! I'd recommend them to anyone.

My furnace was working intermittently and weather was extremely cold.
I called Nicor Solutions and was told that my furnace needed to be replaced. My furnace recently went out. I called Qualified Heating and Air and they came out within 24 hours and told me it needed to be replaced. This was done the next day. I truly appreciate the fast service and resonable pricing . Will call again in spring for AC service

I recently had to replace my furnace and the furnace was put in the next day. Mr. Nelson was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. The people who came to do the work were very efficient and through. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that takes their work seriously and are through professional,friendly and nice.

Back on January 13, 2018 during one of the coldest times in Chicago Area our furnace wasn't working right so we called Service 1 Heating & A/C as we were afraid that our furnace was on it's last leg and we did not want to be stuck without any heat. Our furnace was old so we thought me might have to purchase a new one. This happened on a Saturday and when we called, a service man came out and accessed what was wrong. Sure enough we needed a new furnace and we needed it right away. A called was made to 2 workers Vance S. and Chris K. and asked if they could put in our furnace. They said yes they would do it because they did not want anyone to be without heat on a day like today. They came out that same day (Saturday) and stayed late into the evening to make sure we had heat. We would like to thank both of the Gentlemen for installing out furnace on that Cold winters night in a very professional matter and explaining everything that we needed to know about the furnace. Thanks Again and Again!!!!!!!

On January 8th 2018 my boiler went out. I didn't know who to call so I threw a hail marry and googled a heating repair company in my area. Qualified Heating was the company my thumb landed on so I gave them a call around 7pm. Mr. Keith *** answered the phone and was very professional. After hearing of my problem, he made a house call as soon as possible (within the hour). He diagnosed the problem and the next day his associate returned to make the repairs. Qualified Heating worked with me on the price for the unexpected repairs. my family and I are very happy with the service, professionalism and honesty. I will be using their services again when needed.

I was so impressed by the professionalism of this company! My 93 year old mother's furnace was over 50 years old and needed to be replaced. Keith (the owner) personally ensured that she had the right new furnace and that it was functioning optimally. He gave excellent instructions and education, made sure that the thermostat was in good working order and went above and beyond to provide good customer service. Our furnace went out on us right at the start of the cold weather. Initially we called another Heating and Cooling company as soon as this occurred. They came out and completed an inspection and told us we needed to replace the boiler. We anticipated this would be the case because we had water damage in our basement and water had gotten into the unit. The furnace had to be shut down, it was leaking carbon monoxide, it just was not repairable. Before getting the work done we wanted to get another opinion first, especially since this was probably going to be a replacement. The first company we called had quoted us a price a too high for our pockets. We decided to call around first to get more inspections, luckily we happened to find an advertisement from Qualified Heating in the Valpak we received. We gave them a call to scheduled an appointment. Mr. arrived to our residence on our scheduled appointment date. The morning of the appointment I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from his office to alert us of his estimated time of arrival. Mr. inspected our unit and confirmed what we already knew, it needed to replaced. We sat down scheduled a date for the work to begin. The Qualified Heating Repairmen arrived to our home on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job. They installed top brand equipment and now our home is nice and warm. The entire team was very professional through the entire process, this includes the owner Mr., the office staff and the repairmen. When I was told I would get a return phone call, I did. When I was told someone was going to arrive at my home they came. They really did a beautiful job and worked diligently to get our boiler installed timely to prevent damage that could have occurred due to the cold weather. Qualified Heating will be one we will call on for our Heating and Cooling needs. Thanks to Qualified Heating.

I had a previous service company who had provided my heating and AC services for a few years, however, this past year I was not satisfied with the service and had been seeking a new company. I was driving home one day and saw a service person entering a Quilidied Heating vehicle. I asked for a card and a few days later I called the number. It was late in the evening and I only expected to leave a message asking that someone return my call, however, to my surprise Mr. Nelson answered the phone, identified himself as the owner. He asked me to contact the office the next day to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Candace who promplty gave me an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment I received an early morning call from Mr. Nelson who apologetically explained that they would not be able to come that day due to several critical situations that could pose dangerous situations for other customers. We rescheduled, and Pete came today to provide the service. Pete arrived well within the window of time I was given, and Mr. Nelson stopped by to agpologize again for having to cancel previously and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with Pete's work. I assured him Pete was extrememly professional, worked quietly, and explained the work he completed. Quilified Heating and Air will definitely be my heat and air service provider going forward. I appreciate their level of service and professionalism

Thank you Qualified Heating, Inc for servicing my furnace. I was not familiar with the company but trusted a radio advertisement. My appointment was set up my Candance, who was courteous and polite. I was notified when the person was enroute. Keith *** explained the maintenance check and also cleaned and serviced by furnace in a timely manner. I appreciated his professional advice and now my furnace is quiet, the most it been in years. I will use this company for future services.

I was referred to Qualified Heating by a Friend who had great service for a furnace install. I just needed my furnace cleaned and serviced for the winter. He did a great job. Checked our water heater as well. I also asked him to check my dryer connection as well, with no problem he checked that. He was very knowledgeable about the furnace. In addition, advised that we get an combo fire and carbon monoxide detector. He will definitely be our go to service company from now on. It has been a long time looking for a reputable company. I will recommend this company to my friends.

I would like to say that Keith from Qualified heating and air conditioning exceeded
my expectations! He did a great job cleaning and giving update on the condition of my furnace. He gave a lot of information and answered every question on my current and future condition of my furnace. His price and warranty are GREAT!
And his customer service was impeccable!!
