Certified Inc. was great to work with and did an outstanding job on our roof. They have a hard working crew and got our roof replacement scheduled very quick. The owner and project manager kept us up to date on the progress throughout the replacement of our roof. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Great communication, beautiful roof. The company had comparable rates and excellent warranty, and their office called every week before the project to confirm the status of the project. In this area communication with contractors is usually horrible, so this was highly appreciated. My only complaint is the way their contract explains the charges for the pricing of roof deck replacing. Apparently if you have plywood decking you get the first 2 sheets free, but if you have boards you get charged immediately. The charges for my decking were 3x what I was expecting, and when I called to ask there was no wiggle room, the company just stated the charges were correct.

Certified replaced our roof and installed two new skylights. The experience from the initial consultation to the final outcome was top shelf--and the quote highly competitive. Some highlights of the job included a detailed quote with several options to make value comparisons across multiple bids easier, a detailed description of the work to be done and an explanation of how, responsive answers to follow-up questions, ***'s five-star warranty, and an attentive and professional crew that took care of my property as if it where their own house. This was a big job that spanned two days. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently yet with care, and cleaned up the site before leaving on both days. The foreman consulted w/me before and during the job, taking special care to place the skylights right where I wanted them and to keep the interior of that room clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or colleagues. From the owner (who came out to meet me) right down to the crew, the Certified team was a class act.

By the time I connected with Certified, I had already gone through at least 3-4 window presentations. If your not familiar with the process, it's mostly full of high pressure sales tactics and overprices proposals. The folks at Certified did not take the approach. The owner of the company came out to do the survey. His approach was simple: we will provide you with quality windows at a fair price and customer service to ensure your satisfied.

Certified delivered on all of these. Their pricing 20% to 50% less than anything we had received from the big name companies. The windows arrived earlier than expected, so the job was completed sooner than we were initially told. Quality of the windows is great and I trust that if we have any warranty issues that Certified will hold up their end of the deal. We had a few workmanship issues (mostly caulking) that we didn't catch right away, but when this was pointed out to their team, they quickly sent someone out to check it out, and a crew was out the following day to make the repairs.

The total experience with Certified Incorporated was pleasant and hassle free. The sales representative, Tom, was very informative on the processes, methods, material selection, and comparative cost of the work I wanted done. The office manager, Diana, was also pleasant to talk with and very helpful in answering questions I had following the initial sales meeting. All work was accomplished as scheduled and the crews were very professional. The work site was thoroughly cleaned and free of all debris. All work was accomplished with total satisfaction. Many compliments to the Certified team. I would definitely recommend Certified to family and friends.

With Covic 19 set off instability, my husband and I were iffy about replacing the siding. After four other estimates, Tom K, from Certified, Inc. was the last estimator we were going to meet. Tom was so informative of the materials and professional. The estimate was appealing with detailed job descriptions and great warranties for the materials and labor, we add on the roof, gutter, and downspouts replacements on top of the siding replacement. The MOST amazing part of the whole project experience was NO MONEY down nor deposit. We only pay in full when the project is done. The roof, siding, and gutters men in charged (Jose, Neri, and Carlos) and their crews were EXCELLENT. They all showed up early and finished on schedule. We are totally HAPPY. Thank you for the positive experience. Every homeowner's dream when it comes to home improvement.

We selected Certified Inc after getting only a few quotes in the area. We overall picked them because they were certified in the CertainTeed specific shingle that our HOA had approved, they indicated they could do a quick turn around, and they were a reasonable price compared to the other estimates we received. Overall, they held to all of those. They replaced the roof on our Townhouse quickly, in the time frame indicated, and the price was exactly as advertised in the initial quote given. The only downside was that I don't think they did the best job of cleaning. Our neighbor complained that he found many nails under his car after they had completed the work, and we found quite a few pieces of sharp debris in our back yard, which is worrisome as we have a dog that could get hurt if not careful. Additionally, we are new home owners, and for us the communication was a little lacking. We generally knew what was happening, but had no communication with the crew the day of, as they just came and got to work. Although, I can't give a star off for that, because we didn't try too hard to get them down and interrupt their work. Also this is in the heat of the COVID-19 social distancing, so I'm sure they were told to keep their distance. All that being said, we are generally happy with the product and service, so can't knock off any stars for that! The roof was replaced in one day just earlier this week, so we will see how it holds up!

Certified responded immediately after I had wind damage to my roof and made temporary repairs. They assisted me with the insurance claim and replaced the roof quickly. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. Their crew that installed the roof were very professional and took great care with my lawn and landscaping, cleaning up as they went. They cleared the lawn and gardens of nails several times. I was very happy with their work.

The entire experience from the responsive low pressure quote to job completion was fantastic. The well organized team worked nonstop from arrival to job completion, removing two layers of existing shingles and installation of new roof. This was done on a day of high winds but the team was unfazed. They left the site completely clean and a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Certified as a company that will do what they promise and do a professional job.

Certified was quick to respond to my request for a quote. The bid I received was comparable to other roofing contractors. The roof was replaced in one day (quicker than the estimate of 2 days) and the work started on time as promised. I would recommend Certified for future work.

I needed a new roof, ridge vent and attic fan. Contacted Certified, Inc. - Tom (owner) came and was so professional and very pleasant.. He showed me all of the different types of materials for me so that I could chose from and explained the warranty that I would get. He took time and explain everything and he did not use any pressure to get the job. Never had such a pleasant experience with a person to do work on your home. I had a roof, ridge vent, and an attic fan installed. The crew was right on time as scheduled. They were clean cut and professional and the work was performed to perfection as for the cleanup no one would know that I had work done. Later I contacted Certified, Inc. - Tom to have windows replaced - a Huge Garden Window in the kitchen and a big Bay Window in front along with side and back windows, storm doors, siding and gutters...Again the crew was amusing and all the work was performed on time. Given that I own several properties, I have had the experience of working with roofing companies for over 25 years. Certified is without question the finest company I have ever encountered. Specifically, the owner TOM K, answered all technical questions in a completely forthright and honest manner. Other companies "hemmed and hawed" in response to my questions or simply did not address my concerns.
Additionally, the work crews who replaced the slate on my home were fast, efficient, and precise. They also took great care to insure that all debris was removed from my property as well as the adjacent homes. In fact, they left the areas cleaner than they were before any work on my townhome commenced. My neighbors also noted the efforts of the work crews and were quite frankly amazed.
