The owner of the company gives a wonderful first impression and follows up with excellent service. The job was completed in 2 days even though it rained off and on. His staff were very professional. They cleaned up every bit of roofing debris and hauled it away. They even used a metal detector to make sure no nails were left in the yard. They kept each appointment and were on time. The roof looks great. Highly recommend. They also dealt with the insurance.

Certified was excellent - very professional in communications, in the work they did, and in cleaning up after the job. I would recommend them highly. Their prices were not the lowest of the three estimates I got from roofing companies but they weren't that much higher. For the quality of the work they did and the warranties that come with the job I think their prices are reasonable and fair.

The owner Tom, not a salesperson, made the initial site visit and went through the options and installation process in a very thorough way. He not only answered any question I had but provided and explained samples of the all the products used in replacing the roof. I am one of those people who does their homework before reaching out for bids. I knew what roofing product I wanted and how it needed to be installed to insure it would live up to its rated weather resistance and longevity. So my questions were specific and I knew what the answers should be and Tom did not disappoint.

The quote I received was in the middle of the pack price wise, but at the top of the list for thoroughness and clearly outlining what I was getting and any contingency costs for things like replacing rotted roof plywood sheets. My roof was 30 years old so I expected we would have to replace a number of sheets and I could easily calculate the costs based on the details of the contract.

Weather can play havoc with scheduling a roof replacement but Diana in the front office was a gem about promptly notifying me when any change was needed. and working with to identify the next soonest date that was convenient. In spite of a lot of wet weather during the period around my installation the date was only moved a few days.

The installation crew was prompt, professional and the crew lead was very gracious in answering questions I had during the process and allowing me to inspect the old plywood sheets that had to be replaced. The team was very fastidious in making every effort to sweep the property for debris and nails, and cleaned up the few places where some of the old roofing material left dirt behind as it fell from the roof.

The final result is wonderful and the process was efficient and painless. I now have added peace of mind that my roof is up to the increasingly high winds we now experience during Spring and Summer storms. I can't recommend Certified highly enough for roof and skylight replacement, especially if you want the best install possible for Certified Roofing products.

We chose Certified to do our roof after much research and after a detailed phone conversation with the owner who answer all questions with a clear knowledge of his roofing business. The work crew was very good from the delivery of the materials, they worked very hard during the installation completing the job timely. Also, they did a great clean up job at the end. Our roof looks great and we are happy with the results and having chosen this company.

Certifed is an excellent roofing company from top to bottom. Of the roofing companies I interviewed, Certified was the most professional by far. The Roofing inspector carefully inspected the roof and his knowledge was very impressive When asked questions I felt that Certified was the one who I interviewed that was the most honest and trustworthy. The company was excellent in following through with emails, texts, before, during and after the roof was on. The quality of the roof is the best on my block. The crew are exceptional workmen; skilled and efficient. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the roofing and the roof and my property was also inspected by Certifed. This was a total positive experience with an excellent company.
