Negative Experience, Be ware- Imitates Official USPS change of address website with hidden disclaimers Charged me $for my intended purpose of only using it to change my address which would have been a free service had it been the USPS Government page that I thought I was on Call and request a full refund (they will try to offer you partial refunds times, refuse them)

Trying to cancel an order I've accidentally placed. Called the customer service phone number they provided on their website but they wouldn't let me through to anyone. I left multiple voicemails requesting a call back so I can explain my problem to a live person but no one ever did. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I was asked for my card information to change my address, so I put it in assuming it would tell me the amount it was charging me before I completed the processWell, it never did but I was charged $(usps only charges $for the same thing)I called the customer service number which clearly stated they issue full refunds with no questions asked if you call within days (I called within minutes)The lady on the line tried to tell me that because my order was already processed the most she could do was a 50% refundI ended up getting a refund but I basically had to demand itPoint being, this company is out to scam people so BEWARE AND DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

I am not complaining about the cancellation of the servicesI am complaining about the deceptive nature of the presentation by the company so that it appears as a USPS siteI did review the site again and agree they have in very small writing at the bottom all their terms and conditions and notificationsMy point is that the company should UP FRONT, clearly state that they are NOT the USPS, as well as clearly state the full charges for the services that the USPS provides for $I am attaching their email confirmation that no where states they are NOT the USPS, nor does it state the $in chargesThey also did not provide any detail on the additional/exorbitant charges to me, the customer, before I agreed by checking the box (believing they were the USPS site)Had there been any indication of the $charge before I agreed -- I would clearly never have agreed to the charge/serviceThat is the clarity in representation and charges that I would expect to see from the business in the future

I had used changemyaddress.org thinking I was on the USPS website to change my addressI was not at all aware that I was going to be charged $for each address change that I had doneLater that day I had contacted customer service and, at first, was refused refundAfter I had to get rude about it I was promised that my refund would be coming to me in 3-business daysI had asked for an email confirmation for proof that I had been refunded and she assured me that "I would get it soonbut even if I didn't the refund is still coming." (Never got the email) That same day, one of my charges was refundedThree days later I had received the other refund in fullTwo days later they had taken it BACK out of my account and charged me a third time (which also came with an overdraft fee that I could not afford)I had to file a claim with my bank just to make sure they couldn't take anymore money out of my accountAlthough only one representative I spoke with was actually helpful and understandingThe others were completely illiterate and rude and had no idea what they were doingI definitely feel scammed and robbed of money that I didn't even have for them to takeHuge pain in my ***That is all

I am not complaining about the cancellation of the services. I am complaining about the deceptive nature of the presentation by the company so that it appears as a USPS site. I did review the site again and agree they have in very small writing at the bottom all their terms and conditions and notifications.
My point is that the company should UP FRONT, clearly state that they are NOT the USPS, as well as clearly state the full charges for the services that the USPS provides for $1. I am attaching their email confirmation that no where states they are NOT the USPS, nor does it state the $59.95 in charges. They also did not provide any detail on the additional/exorbitant charges to me, the customer, before I agreed by checking the box (believing they were the USPS site).
Had there been any indication of the $59.95 charge before I agreed -- I would clearly never have agreed to the charge/service.
That is the clarity in representation and charges that I would expect to see from the business in the future.
