The Chas Roberts technicians called ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving. They arrived earlier than the time that was originally set up. It took them a very short time to determine the problem. Once that was done, they told me what was needed and picked up a new part at the supplier. The time spent getting the part was shorter than what they thought it would be. They completed the service call and cleaned up after themselves. Both technicians were polite and did a great job.

We've been clients of Chas Roberts for 14 years and have always received quality service. Well done!

Chas Roberts was excellent in responding to my clogged sewer line on a Sunday evening. Santiago's demeanor, professionalism, and technical expertise were outstanding. It took 4+ hours and 2 power augers to resolve the issue. Absolutely outstanding service.

Chas Roberts has a chronic problem of over booking their servicemen. They are usually late and from time to time have not shown up at all. This tech was expected between 1 and 5 and arrived at 5:30-not at all apologetic and quite surly. All he wanted to do was sell me new units for a mere $11,000! They may need replacing but I would never trust them. I am done with Chas Roberts.

The Chas Roberts representative that I phoned concerning the repair of my Trane ac unit was quick to dispatch a technician to my residence. The technician arrived in less than 30 minutes. He repaired my unit and was courteous and professional.

Chas Roberts AC is a very professional group of men that did everything to get the new AC unit installed and working properly. From the initial point of sale to installation we would highly reccomend the Chas Roberts company to anyone.

Our water heater sprung a leak late Sat evening..Called Chas and they sent Jose out around 7pm. After an hour of struggling to get a bolt off the water heater it was determined that the heater was dead. Jose did everything that he could to make it work. Finally determined a new water heater is in our future. Jose called the office and got us a couple of prices and they (Jose) will be delivering our new water heater on Monday morning. We love Chas Roberts and we thank Jose for going above and beyond to help us out...Thanks Chas Roberts....

I called Chas R[redacted] in the morning yesterday and they had a tech out later that afternoon who was extremely helpful. Hector problem-solved my a/c situation and came up with a perfect fix. My a/c is blowing super cold now and I'm extremely pleased. He was a true professional and went above and beyond to make sure my house had cold ac before he left. I don't leave recommendation remarks very often, but this was a great reason to do so.

I told the lady when making this water softener appointment that I had faith in your company. We took possession of this home in October 2014 and had your technician check out our heating system during which he found a weak capacitor and recommended replacement to which we agreed! Later we had your technician check out our plumbing and In the Spring of 2015 yet another technician checked out our air conditioning unit. All of these technicians were very professional, considerate and polite.

Now your technician, Joseph, replaced our old water softener with a new one. He, too, was very professional, neat and took the time to explain matters extremely well for me, His great service really reinforces my faith in Chas Roberts!

Because the parts couldn't be picked up until Monday he waited while a portable A/C unit was delivered and set up. The work was done quickly and efficiently. This was first visit from this company. The service technician, Jesse, arrived promptly and introduced himself. He asked about any issues we were having before starting the checking of our system. He was very friendly but efficient and completed the inspection of our system in a timely manner. He explained what he had found and also made recommendations for additional things we might want to consider in the future to help maintain our system in a efficient working manner.

I have used Chas Roberts plumbers on 2 occasions. From the initial call until the completion of their work, both experiences went well. Excellent communication and quality of work. I highly recommend their company.
