Wonderful company to work with! We always request Jimmy M[redacted], who is a real professional and personable young man who does a wonderful job servicing our furnace and air conditioning unit. He is a real asset to the Chas R[redacted] business.

I have used Chas Roberts plumbers on 2 occasions. From the initial call until the completion of their work, both experiences went well. Excellent communication and quality of work. I highly recommend their company.

Review: I paid for a yearly service for my AC unit, which includes two services on my AC until. I scheduled my second service for September 25, 2015 between 8 and 11 am. My husband called Chas Roberts at 10:30 and they said they have four people in front of him so they would be late. They said they would reschedule for later in the day between 1 and 4 pm since my Husband had to pick up our daughter from school. By 6 pm, no one had arrived or called. I called Chas Roberts and asked what happened and they said we were scheduled for October 2, 2015 not September 25, 2015. They apologized for all the confusion and I told them I was frustrated and no longer wanted their services and asked for a refund. The woman I spoke with told me we could receive a $75 refund because we were so unhappy and someone would contact us on Monday. I did not get a call until today (10/2) and the person I spoke with told me that she does not understand why I am unhappy and if I was to cancel, I would technically owe then $25 since I received so many discounts. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted my $75 refund I was promised. She said that they would not do that and I told her I would go to the Revdex.com. She said go ahead and do that. She was very rude and nasty about itDesired Settlement: I would like my $75.00 refund.
