We hired Edwin C [redacted] and his crew to paint the exterior of our church in Midlothian, VA He exceeded all of our expectations He had to scrape, replace rotten wood, replace old caulking and paint Everything was completed to the highest standards I would not hesitate to recommend Chavez Painting

Chavez Painting painted our house and garage about years ago and we were were due for fresh painting The painters were at the house at 7:am the first day and worked diligently Edwin C [redacted] suggested we replaced some cedar siding that was cracked and add shutters which we did not have at the time We also had the front porch stained mahogany which looks great! With the new paint and shutters, it looked like a brand new house.(the house is Years old) Each of the painters worked very hard and were polite and used the best possible paint and stain for the house I would use Chavez Painting again when we are ready to reprint again

I am writing to correct a previous negative review I gave for Chavez PaintingThe owner went out of town without leaving a message on his contact # so when he didn't respond to several calls, I assumed there was a problemWe have since spoken and resolved the mis-communication, and also the deposit by a family member for a future jobEdwin was very responsive and understanding re: my reviewThe work he did for us was excellent, my concern was not hearing from him in a timely mannerI have told him I will give him a positive reference in the future

Chavez Painting has an extremely high attention to detail, which is so important and so hard to findThey are very professional and did an outstanding job on our whole house painting The prep work for painting was also very detailed: filling cracks and holes, sanding, removing/replacing all light fixtures and mirrorsThey also sanded and stained my banister and it came out beautifulThere are so many things that they do besides painting that I will definitely use them in the future for other projects
