All work was delivered as promised with high quality workmanship and top-of-the-line products. We have worked with Chavez on two different properties -- one all interior, the other all exterior. Chavez Painting just completed both exterior and some interior painting for us. They are prompt, professional, careful and courteous. [redacted] identified a serious rot problem around several windows and did an excellent repair job. The attention to detail is impressive and we will certainly use this company for future projects.

Chavez Painting has an extremely high attention to detail, which is so important and so hard to find. They are very professional and did an outstanding job on our whole house painting. The prep work for painting was also very detailed: filling cracks and holes, sanding, removing/replacing all light fixtures and mirrors. They also sanded and stained my banister and it came out beautiful. There are so many things that they do besides painting that I will definitely use them in the future for other projects.

Chavez Painting painted our house and garage about 7 years ago and we were were due for fresh painting. The painters were at the house at 7:30 am the first day and worked diligently. Edwin C[redacted] suggested we replaced some cedar siding that was cracked and add shutters which we did not have at the time. We also had the front porch stained mahogany which looks great! With the new paint and shutters, it looked like a brand new house.(the house is 30 Years old). Each of the painters worked very hard and were polite and used the best possible paint and stain for the house. I would use Chavez Painting again when we are ready to reprint again.

We hired Edwin C[redacted] and his crew to paint the exterior of our church in Midlothian, VA. He exceeded all of our expectations. He had to scrape, replace rotten wood, replace old caulking and paint. Everything was completed to the highest standards. I would not hesitate to recommend Chavez Painting.

I highly recommend Sanchez Painting who recently power-washed my entire house & Patio. It was just like new, but I had him paint the house in a brighter color. Outstanding job!! Real attention to detail. Very professional. With his bid I received from him copies of his county license and insurance coverage; a first for me.

I will use him again, that's for sure.

We have had interior and exterior painting done by Chavez painting. Their prep work is second to none and the finished product is great! We also had some carpentry work done which turned out better than we had envisioned. [redacted] quotes seem to be reasonable, especially when you see the attention to detail that goes in before a paint brush is even touched. The crew was very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after each days work.

Chavez Painting Services has just completed their work on the exterior of our home, and we are 100% pleased. They greatly exceeded our expectations, which we learned is their goal with every job. They power washed the entire exterior -- roof, brick, trim, wood siding, windows, porch, shed, sidewalks. They did a super job of prepping by sanding, scraping, replacing caulk, replacing rotten wood where needed, filling in any holes, etc. They use top-of-the-line paint and supplies and are very neat and detailed in their application. These men are obviously highly experienced and know what they are doing. The owner and his team take great pride in the quality of their work, rightly so, and it shows in everything they do. His communications with us were consistently professional yet friendly. He and his team are reliable and trustworthy and respectful of their clients' home and surroundings. The cost was very fair for the quality of the work that was done. Our home is now gleaming, and it looks better than it has in many years! We look forward to having them back next year to do our interior.
