[Your Answer Here]they will not explain why I was charged dollars and not the that was agreed upon.They also according to ***?,will not refund my money or make any adjustments.They have contacted me only after filing a complaint.Using, what I found was a e-mail from someone named ***? that I did not open was sent to menow they are trying to backstep and make good .I will not accept the services and overcharging me over times what was agreed onThey also took our social security numbers and under stress just going through a divorce, my wife disclosed the numbers.The whole time this took were just minutes and believing a confermation would be sent under cheap and fast divorce has never been recieved like we were promised.I want my dollars back!

Review: I contacted this company on February [redacted] 2015 intentions of using their services they quoted me a price of $679 I told them not to take any money out of my account until I authorize that I should have the money on Friday the [redacted] 2015 my ex husband had already hired a lawyer jointly which I did not know about and paid for so I had my mother call and tell him I no longer needed it to not charge my account they charged my account anyways when she called they said we're sorry we're closed and hung up on her I called back that Monday on on the [redacted] and ask to speak with a manager they said he was not in until 9 I called back at 10:30 and it was still the same guy and he acted like a manager then he told me out only get a refund of $200 which I still have not received to this day I want the intentions of my whole $679 back because I did call to cancel services when I talk to him about this he said that because I didn't call back and cancel by the time they closed they still charge the card but it was 4 o'clock and they said sorry we're closed and hung up on my mother they are very rude people basically he said that I used $400 with the Service but all I did was give them my name number and information how is that $400 worth of paperwork now my bank is negative $700 and I have checks coming through for Bill plus overdraft fees I had SELL MY CAR to get money to get out of the hole!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $679

Review: On November **, 2013 I contacted Cheap and Fast Divorce for my daughter. Both myself and my daughter spoke with a gentleman from this company. He asked for my credit card information to get the process started. While we were on the phone he said my card declined the charge. I contacted them on another line and the charges were flagged as suspicious from the fraud alert system. They had tried to make several different charges in different amounts to my credit card. I am talking minutes, not hours or days. I was suspicious of them at this point and told them I did not want to proceed with their company. My credit card blocked charges that were attempted to be made to my account that day. After our conversation ended the [redacted] of the company called and tried to persuade me to reconsider. I told him I did not need his services. He called again the next day and I told him I had made other arrangements for my daughter. I did not check my account as I thought this issue was ended. However, they charged by credit card on 11/**, 11/**and twice on 11/**. My credit card company said they would take care of contacting them and they sent them letters that I had been instructed and given divorce information for my daughter. As far as I was concerned a few minutes on the phone did not amount to anything but idle chit, chat. Nothing legal was discussed or received my me or my daughter. The information they sent to my credit card were LIES, Yes, lies. This company needs to be investigated. I am planning to contact the Attorney General's Office for State of New York if they do not do the right thing.Desired Settlement: I want to be fully refunded for the charges that are on my credit card. I am a senior citizen and my income is limited. I need to be refunded ASAP

Review: I called and gave the lady my information and paid the minimum fee. A couple of days later I received the warranty letter in the mail. Filled it out and emailed it back and called to make sure that they received it. I thought someone would contact me to let me know what I had to do but, nothing. I called on a Friday ALL DAY and no answer , left an e-mail and voice messages no response and again on Monday. Tuesday finally got through to someone and told them that I wanted my money back, she told me that I had to speak with a [redacted] on Fri. That day came and went. Finally Tuesday came and I got to speak with a [redacted] he told me he would call me back so that he could check my account. He did call right back and seemed rather upset that I wanted my money back. He told me that he would only give me $150 mind you they didn't do ANYTHING except for sending me the warranty letter. He then inform me that they stole the rest of the fee $399 WITHOUT MY CONSENT (I guess he did that while he was supposedly checking my account)and then told me that it was nothing I could do about it. I should have did my research on these people. Based on the other remarks I've read I would never have picked up the phone to call them rip off artists. IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund

Review: I called the company for assistance in handling my divorce, they insured me I would have no problem and advertise that it would take less than a week to receive paper work to file divorce. I made my initial payment which was partial on April **, 2013 and remaining balance on April [redacted] to get it processed. The company did not send out my paper work until June **, 2013. These papers were incorrect. I called and two days later they also sent out the incorrect forms. After hours of disputes on the phone June [redacted] they sent out more forms and I already see these forms have errors in them. Time after time I've called in to this company to be place on hold and transferred to people who have no idea how to even put paper work together or care anything about me. After the poor level of customer service, I wish to no longer do business with them. This company has taken my $744.00 and not providing with the level of customer service they guarantee. I’ve been calling the since I paid them and still haven’t got the level of service that I paid for. I have all the emails they sent me with no resolve.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded back and to sever ties with this company. I have paid them and spent hours on the phone and still don't have proper divorce forms.

They don't have anyone reviewing to insure documents are correct. I contacted the company in April and did not hear from them until June [redacted] with the incorrect paperwork. I called them over five additional times and was sent out the incorrect paper work four more times. This issue never got resolved and I've wasted hours on the phone with this company and regret I called them in the first place.

Review: A cheap and fast divorce advertises in the local yellow pages in **. They claim they help start the divorce procedure for $99, then they maxed out my credit card for $640. They aren't even local, they are in NY. When I got my credit card bill and called the cheap fast divorce, they played dumb, hung up, transferred call etc. Somehow they forged my signature and said I signed paperwork that I never knew about. I'm not even divorced, they lied and scammed me for $640. I want people to know that they are fakes and crooks.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card for $640 plus interest

Review: I was informed that I would be able to get a divorce in 1day, it is advertised on their main website.I informed them that I had recently moved over the boarder to the state of TN,and that it was ok for me to file for divorce after moving out of the state of Ga,not once but 3 times.I had sent them the amount $619& have awaited the paper work.I was informed that it would arrive in the mail, it had come to my EMail,after printing out over 40 pages of the forms w/ no instructions but for me to fill it out.I had contact for help 3x's to fill out these forms since this is a language I do not understand(law). I've been put off 3 times& was told not to whine and get emotional because I was frantic about what they had advertise &told me over the phone, was NOTHING that I was sent to do for myself. I then went to the Courthouse after having it notarized &was then told by the Court Clerk that, I was missing a page which she gave me. Then I was told that since I had recently moved to the state of Tn &wasn't a resident for 6 months I had to wait. I called the company after being lied to about this issue and was asked how long I had lived here. I feel that I am getting the run around and was not properly advised that with me living now in the state of TN. I feel they were just quick to receiving my money and once received I was drop off the grid & passed around to person to person. The last person I talk to went by [redacted](no last name) told me to forget what I was told and just listen to her. I requested a refund that day 08/**/13, &was told there was no refund. I feel they have falsely advertised &are giving improper information. I've since then contacted a lawyer to pursue my divorce.
