Review: I contacted this company to assist me with a simple divorce. Their website claims that they provide you with the forms and assistance to complete this process easily. I was asked for all of the information that gave the impression that they would be filling out the paperwork for me to sign. What I was provided with was all of the documents that are located on the website where I live. I had already looked at it and decided to gain some assistance as I was unsure of what I needed to complete. The documents had bad page breaks and were not easy to complete. I reluctantly filled out the paperwork and returned it to the person who sent it to me, as instructed. When I called on the status of the paperwork, I was told that I was not supposed to send them to the company, rather file them with the local court. I was flabbergasted. This company is fraudulent and the service they offer is misdirecting to the public. I paid $619.00 for copies of the forms from the internet, which I could have downloaded myself and paid the local clerk $20.00 for assistance. When I asked them if they were going to file them I was told no, that I needed to file them. So essentially I have to pay out over $300.00 to file the paperwork and have the other party served. How is this saving me money like their advertising indicates. They did not provide guidance, could not tell me which forms I needed to fill out. Basically, I was told to read the documents and choose the ones applicable to me. if that is the case, why didn't they just charge me $619.00 for the link to the government website. When I called to discuss the matter, I was quickly transferred and told that they do not provide refunds as they sent me the forms (forms I cannot use.) I want my money back. They claim they have been in business for 18 years, I wonder how many people just walk away frustrated and out $619.00 for nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. Not only did they not provide me with court approved documents, they did not assist me in completing the correct ones, nor did they check to ensure I completed all of the forms necessary to ensure they weren't rejected by the courts.

Review: I started my service with this company in September 2013 and I been having a hard time with them. I paid them $544.00 to help me and I didn't get no help from them at all. The only thing they did for me was email me the forms that only cost $15 at the courthouse. Everytime I call them for help [redacted] alway tell me she will call me back but never do. Then [redacted] email me the wrong forms so when I did get the right ones I had to fill it out by myself and when I took it to the courthouse on October *,2013 the clerk give me half of the paper work back saying she dont need it. So I call [redacted] to tell her what the court said and [redacted] was trying to rush me off the phone telling me again that someone will call me but never did. I ask the for a refund and now they not answer the phone or they will hang up on me

Review: I found cheap and fast divorce online so I called them.I spoke to a [redacted] on 8/**/2013 and I asked him how long would a simple divorce with no children and no property to divide. His response was that he could get me divorced in 30 days and he would do it for $399.00. So I agreed and they sent me a fax for me to initial and provide my credit card information.And to my surprise the total jumped up to $569.00. I called them and they replied with "Its a filing fee and because my future ex-wife is not in the same county.We both live in California,Im in L.A. and she lives in Sacramento.So I wrote a e-mail on 8/**/2013 because I received a e-mail from them on 8/**/2012 and it contained 20 different documents that I was told I needed to fill out and get notarized.I was a little upset and I told them I was very unhappy with the way they operate their business and I also asked what services they are providing with this amount of money I paid.I dont understand the price difference because of filing fees,I am the one who has to fill out the forms and take to the court house and pay the filing fees and there is not suppose to be an additional charge if the respondent lives in the same state.So here it is January and I am still have not completed the divorce because of several reasons, one reason is because there were papers in part1 package I wasnt suppose to fill out until after I get a response from my wife.And I was told by cheap and fast divorce to make 3 copies of all the papers and take to the county clerk. The county clerk asked me whos helping me with my divorce because I had way too many papers. So I did manage to file the first set of papers. I had my wife served and after getting a reponse I called cheap and fast divorce as for instructions what to do next.They sent me more forms to fill out and when I took them to court to clerk rejected them and instructed me to go to self help provided by the courts. The clerk showed me what my completed divorce forms should resemble,mine were not even close to what he showed me.He told me I needed to provide to large envelopes with postage,a white paper with case number and case name. So I have reviewed california court services web site and they offer downloadable forms for free and each form is provided with a video tutorial how to fill them out.This web site has provided me with way more information than fast and cheap divorce has provided.So my complaint would be why am I being charged so much money for forms that I was told the court would not accept if they were downloaded off the internet.And also the advice that I was given when I call with a question is not very thorough and every time I call them before I go to the court I am always missing forms. I dont understand why they charge so much money and they give you the impression that they would be the ones that would be doing the paperwork.I feel I am entitled to a refund due to the fact they do offer a guarantee and I was overcharged.And I feel that the free self help that is provided by the courts is more helpful.And when I call with a question its obvious that the person on the phone is not to experienced with divorce questions because she had to read me what her instructions say to do.Desired Settlement: Refund all or part of the money I paid due to their guarantee that they offer. I dont see any way that a divorce could be handled in 30 days like I was told would be done for me. My point being is once the person gets served papers then they have 30 days to respond and the courts told me it would be at least 6 months. I could provide e-mails that I sent and also the ones I received if needed.

Review: My name is [redacted]. A 53 year old disabled person who was seeking affordable Legal Aid regarding a divorce. I was referred through [redacted] or [redacted] and found this company, in 1[redacted]-14 who promised to help me. They withdrew the amounts of money from our debit card. Sent me a lot of paper work and refused to accept any of my calls, nothing on their part has been done. I’m asking for help in getting my money back from these scam-artist. And hoping you all will stop people like this from praying on the old and feeble. Still no lawyer and no divorce.Desired Settlement: I am requesting this company reimburse me and that the Revdex.com will work hard in closing this company down.

Review: I payed $619 for a cheap and fast dviorce for my fiance in October of 2012. She prolonged her divorce for years because of lack of knowledge about the proceedings. We wanted to get married over the summer of 2013 so we contacted Cheap & Fast Divorce thinking we could get this done quick and easy. We were told that the paperwork would be easy and there would be no more fees from the company or anyone else. We were wrong in thinking it could be fast and easy and hence we still are not married. The paperwork was rejected from the court house and the court house told us we had and additional $250 to pay them to get the divorce accomplished. We even calle Cheap and fast divorce several times for help with the process. After going back and forth trying to get this done correctly with Cheap and Fast Divorce to no avail, we decided it was to difficult and retained an attorney to get her divorce done the old fashioned way. We asked for a refund in Febraury and were ignored. I have the email to prove it. I called several times over the last few months at random occurences to only be left with an unsatisfactory feeling. Today was the last straw as I was hung up on, disregarded, insulted and even threatened. I dealt primarily with an attorney named Lenny Johnson. This company strings you along to the point that now even my bank says it is to late to file a claim. I am considering going to the police as I truly feel this company is a scam and a fraud. I am completely appauled at the treatment I received and disrespect I endured from Cheap & Fast Divorce.Desired Settlement: I'd like to see the money that was sent to Cheap and Fast Divorce refunded.

Review: I filed.for a legal separation. Afterwards I talked to a friend who knows a lawyer that will do it cheaper. So I called to cancel the order for a legal separation and they refused to refund all of my money. Only about 20minutes had passed I hadn't even printed the papers to give them permission to use my card and fax it back.Desired Settlement: Refund my entire amount of 549.00

Review: The company in question did not provide the right customer service like advertisement stated. I called numerous times only to be told I would be called back only for the company to no avail not call back. At the same time when I ask the representative's secretary to email documents....they email the wrong documents and have done this numerous times. I got frustrated with the service and did not use it...and was embarrassed when I took what they told me to take to file. The courts actually directed me not to use there forms and sent me to the family services department where a consultant helped me and gave me all the right forms and help me fill them out....something the company in question was supposed to provide but failed to do so.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund

On Monday morning at about 8:25 a.m. I called the phone number to say I had changed my mind. The phone rang many times before a voice answered that the mail box was full. At nearly 81 years of age I realized how totally stupid I had been- Ild been duped! Scammed! The phone book advertises $199 and up. He mentioned an amount of $499- and went ahead and billed my VISA card for $644. I have not signed anything and I have not returned anything. Review: When I paid it took more that two weeks for me to get just blank forms. I use there service cause I was promise my divorce would be done in less than 6 weeks and since I use there service the court fees would be wavier.

I was shocked to receive blank forms and I could barley get no help with these forms I was so lost. When I spoke to them they were in such a rush to hang up and I still had alot of questions. I had to go to the [redacted]

This business is a complete scam. DO NOT go with them, they do not help you, shut the phone on you if you try to contact them and take your money and run. They do not have any management on board, and will not resolve any issues you have with them.

Review: On October *,2013 I used their company to get a divorce. They told me I wouldn't have to send my husband any papers because it was a one signature divorce. Then I received divorce papers from my husband. I spoke with a lawyer who said because my husband filed I did not need to file. I called them for advice. The only answer the woman could give me was that sounds fishy. I told her repeatly I would like a refund. She told me I had to speak to the manager [redacted]. He was very rude and said he would not give the money back and I would be using their services.If need any further info. please call. Review: I called this company regarding a divorce. when the sales agent spoke to me I asked her what all I needed to do she said they just needed my information and my divorce would be done in 4 weeks. Also they promised full assistance in the filing process. All I received were blank documents that I all ready had from the texas help site not what was promised to me which were completed divorce documents. I immediately wanted a refund but they continued to lie to me by stating that they would help me fill them out.Not only was customer service completely incompetent when it came to tx divorce laws they refused to even accept the statement that I want a refund I was transferred around and every time I asked all they replied with was what can I help you with. They had not performed any of their promised services and had lied to me three separate times. I applied for a refund through my bank and then they went back and pulled a service agreement and terms and conditions I never even saw and had the charge taken back.Desired Settlement: I would like the full 519 returned to my account. Review: I signed on with this company because I was led to believe that I would get a one sided divorce,and the guy told me everything will be finished within 4 to 6 weeks.I paid them a total of $150 downpayment and then another $569 to complete this process for me and to send me all the necessary paperwork.They sent me all the paperwork,they never provided me with the help they promised,I took the forms to court,and I had to wait for over a month to get them back saying they were rejected for not filling forms out properly.This happened to me 8 different times and each time it took over a month to get my rejected papers back.plus I had to pay an additional $150 for the publication,so the total I spent on this was $869,and Im still not done,when I called a few days ago to ask them for help filling out 2 forms they refused to help me and they told me that my case was closed and it would cost me an additional $100 to reopen it.I got really mad and told them if you are not going to help me,then I want a full refund because you have completely wasted my time,they refused to give me a refund,and I told them that I would take them to small claims court to get my money back and they got very rude with me and hung up on me 3 times. Review: on june ** 2013 called the lawyer to apply for divorce asking for help website was advertising start at 149.99 we agreed on 500 and I gave him my info and my credit card based on sending me contract to sign once he send it saying 644 . I called him I wanna cancel they gave me the runner arround and never responded to me I send an email 15 minute after initial call wanna cancel because the charges is more than we agreed on also never call back never took info about divorce issues like custody for kids and joint account and never send any thing which he said he send I never recieve any how can he send I didnt sign any thing I faxed and emaile I wanna cancel I disputed the charges with my credit card I want refunfd my money for some thing he never doner and I never signed

Review: I spoke with someone on the phone about getting a divorce, the man on the phone stated we qualified for an annulment. That it would only cost $499. And that it would be complete is as fast as 5weeks. I received the bill for a greater amount and contacted them immediately and they said the extra fees were for admin fees. After I paid, I received no more information, not even a receipt of payment. It took 2 weeks to receive the emailed documents which were made out for 'divorce' which we don't qualify for. I tried calling to tell them we were looking to get an annulment as we do not meet the requirements for a divorce. They then took 2days to send info about annulment, but the paperwork was for Florida. I was unaware the company was based out of New York until I received my credit card bill and had the exchange charges. When I found the company online I searched 'divorce [redacted].' I called numerous times to try and resolve the issue, either to get a voicemail or speak with someone on the phone who couldn't let me and said they would call back in ten minutes. I never did receive a phone call back. The next day when I called, I was upset, rightfully so and was hung up on. Since receiving 2 sets of documents that were incorrect and unable to use calls/emails from myself and husband have gone unanswered. (6voicemails and 2emails with no response.)Desired Settlement: The company guarantees that the paperwork will be court approved and neither set of documents they sent us were appropriate for us. I would like a refund. In order to qualify for divorce you must be separated for at least a year, we weren't even married for 3months. This information was given to the business and they never should have agree to handling our case.

Review: I paid cheap fast divorce over 719.00 dollars claiming that they would complete my divorce for around 500.00 with or without my husbands signiture. then some other woman named [redacted] called me back about a week later and told me with an attitude that if I wanted a no-signiture divorce that would cost me an extra 200.00 dollars. when I mentioned that I was already told that it only cost 500.00 she told me there was nothing she could do and that 200.00 dollars was required.then a couple of days later she sends me documents via email of paperwork I have to fill in and turn in myself! I could have done this on my own, I was ripped off. when I called asked for a refund she told me that ten percent was the documents she sent me by email. I said ok take ten percent , I dont want any consultation,refund my money. then she said that I am not getting a refund so I might as well stop making a big deal out of filling out the paper work and if I can not have the fee waived, I have to pay for filing fees myself. they wanted the money up front without telling me that me I have to do all the work. this was my purpose in hiring them. on august [redacted] 2013 when I use the search engine to find their website, I can not find it. please help, I did not even receive a receipt for the extra 200.00.Desired Settlement: refunded money

Review: called on phone to chaep and fast divorce , in there ad it stating starting at $150, while talking to them they said the price would be $450 becuse of the paper work . they said they would send the docments e mail , by the time I got the e mail the price jumped to $619 . so I called back to cancel becuse I felt I had been decived . they told me I could not cancel becuse they had taken my visa card and would not let me cancel. so I called my bank to repersent me and they went thruogh the process twice and felt they could not intervene becuse when the e mail was sent it stated we could not cancel and that was the time the price was discolsed to me at $619 . I did not use there service becuse they had decived me and did not trust them .Desired Settlement: to be refunded to my visa card in full and asked they be put on a watch list for bad bussiness practices
