Very poor customer service Charged me one lump sum for a magazine subscription that I have had for close to years When I explained that I always make monthly payments, they refused to cancel subscription because it was past days I am currently not working and cannot afford a payment of this size I will make sure everyone in and around my community knows not to subscribe to US Periodicals

We are more than happy to cancel out all the magazines she is receiving from US PeriodicalsShe has not nor will be charged for any of the magazines she has receivedThey were simply a promotion for her to try outWe will remove her name from our database today and will have no further contact with her Mike ***

Secondly the magazine was just promotional and Mr [redacted] was never charged or billed for this subscription to Mens JournalWe will cancel this today and make sure he is off the promotion list.Thank You, [redacted] ***

I contacted US Periodicals today regarding several magazines that were sent to my son ( he has been hospitalized for several years with a Traumatic Brain Injury) I explained to them that there was no way my son could order any magazines as he was injured years agoHe said that my son must have registered for something in the last years as they "bought" his information from somebody I explained this was impossible as he does not have the metal ability to do this then he said well maybe the hospital sold them the information??? ever heard of HIPPA?? I asked him to remove him from the list and stop sending us magazines, as this was really up setting my wife every time she sees his name on mail to him (this injury was very traumatic to our family) he said No if we wanted to stop it, we call each magazine company and ask them to stop it What a jerk We already have to deal with issues of our sons injury Now I have to deal with a scam magazine sales company? Put them out of business!

Hi,Mrs [redacted] is completely wrong in the fact that we have ever charged her for magazinesAny magazines that were sent to her were promotional and SHE WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR THEM.!! If she can provide us with however she supposedly paid for these through US Periodicals, then we would be more than happy to reimburse her!Thank You, [redacted] ***

My mother received a "renewal statement" for $from this company in my fathers nameWhen I called inguiring about this statement, since my father has been dead over eight years and this statement was upsetting to my mother, the "gentleman" answering the phone was beyond rude! He said this was a statement not a bill "so relax"When he couldn't assure me that these mailings would be stopped I said this business sounds like a scamHe then called me a scam and hung up! Stay clear of this place!
