We are writing to you today in regards to a complaint filed by *** ***Mrs*** received ** *** and *** *** magazines as a free promotional offerThis was soley a "FREE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION."
We will remove Mrs***'s information from our database and make sure she
gets no further promotional magazinesShe of course will not be billed or charged for these magazines.

We are writing to you today in regards to a complaint filed by [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] did receive the Black Enterprise as a promotional magazine to try out. She will not be billed or charged for this subscription. This magazine has been cancelled and she has been taken off our promotion list....

Again, this was a a "FREE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION". We do not have any of Mrs. [redacted]'s credit card information on file.

I started receiving Better Homes & Garden magazine and had not subscribed. Better Homes & Garden customer service directed me to Priority One Clearing Services www.priorityoneclearing.com and they directed me to US Periodicals as the source of the subscription. There is no website and the phone number is no longer in service. Just trying to figure out how the magazine was purchased and if my credit is going to be screwed up.

We are writing to you today in regards to a complaint filed by [redacted]. [redacted] regarding delivery of her Globe magazine. Our order for 1 year went thru the Globe magazine on 12/6/13 just as described on our offer that she responded to. It does not state it can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to show...

up with the magazine that they purchased. Globe is not showing any magazines being returned by hte post office since her subscription was still current even before we updated her label! We have informed Globe of this porblem and they will research this immediately. If she still continues not to receive her Globe magazine she can contact them directly at ###-###-####.

I have looked up this case and found Mrs. [redacted] order did not go thru in our system. I have fixed this problem and reordered her National Enquirer. Her magazine will start within 4-6 weeks. Sorry for the delay.

U.S. Periodicals cleared our check for a subscription to The Week, and we've never received a single copy in six months. I would never purchase from U.S. Periodicals again.

Dear [redacted]We have reviewed this complaint and will remove Mrs [redacted] from our database immediately. There was no charge for this magazine but will also cancel this immediately. It was just a promotion.[redacted]

The magazines that he is receiving ARE FREE...however we are more than happy to cancel them and take him off our promotion list! I am 100% sure that they are free and anybody who has ever received promotional magazines from our company will NEVER RECEIVE A BILL!!!!!!
