I am rejecting this response because:April 7, Once again, from the start I stated that I could not go on this vacation on the dated it is booked for Cheap Caribbean has continued to state that I did not cancel within the hours allotted time frame and said I could not have a refund The other option they gave me in April was to cancel the trip and take a credit, which had to be used by February I told them, that although I disagreed that I would have no choice but to go on the trip because I was not losing $in cancellation fees and they refuse to honor their website information of cancelling within hours
I verified that the trip was not cancelled and requested that they keep it at that point Yes, I sent an email stating that I had requested to cancel within hours I have always maintained that However, when they said this had not happened, I TOLD them not to cancel the trip Yet, they did anyway Yet, they verified in writing my conversation with them that I said I would go (see below) They even advised me if I did not cancel and did not show, I would lose 100% of my money.

Client contacted on their day of travel to advise they had missed the cut off to check in with their flight
Caribbean Air offered to re-protect them the following day
The agent proceed to advise the client of additional flight options, though at an additional cost, the phone then disconnected
We attempted to call the client back several time but unable to reach her
At this time we reached out to the resort to hold the room until further notice as we were unable to reach them to inquire when they may/would be arriving
Later on in the day we called the resort and were told the client had checked in

I am writing only because I recently viewed a commercial for Cheap Caribbean, and I realized more people will be likely putting themselves at risk thinking they are buying a fantastic vacationIn 2012, I booked a vacation package through Cheap Caribbean for myself and my boyfriendWe flew out via JetBlue and that part of the trip went well; however, the shuttle service provided in the vacation package responsible for transportation from the airport to the resort had an accidentThe shuttle driver drove recklessly when another driver attempted to pass himI woke up in the hospitalMy boyfriend told me we had done a degree turn and flippedAs a result of this accident, the right side of my head was split open and my back was brokenWhen I got back to the US and was able to contact Cheap Caribbean, they were of little helpTHEY WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A REFUNDI had to fight the charges through my credit card companyI ended up paying for the bulk of the vacation nightmare because I used the roundtrip airfare Plus I found out I COULD NOT sue Cheap Caribbean because they have a big disclaimer at the time of purchaseYou can die on a trip and still not sue themAs a result, I am currently dealing with an international law suit with the transportation companyI have permanent nerve damage, difficulty with mobility, and about to have corrective surgeryIt wasn’t worth itSo my warning to anyone looking to enjoy themselves on a vacation and save some money, pay a little more and go with a reputable company, so if anything goes wrong you hopefully have more protectionYou never think it will happen to you until it does

Yes, a fortune is correctFor mother's day, I sent my mom and stepfather to Jamaica through Cheap CaribbeanThe advertisement is, "We guarantee a 4.0-sun experience at one of the following resorts: •Iberostar Rose Hall Beach •Hilton Rose Hall •Sunscape Splash Montego Bay • Riu Montego BayYou win no matter what!"
"Hotels included in this offer are All-Inclusive Features include: •Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks •Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks •Non-motorized watersports

They wound up at Sunscape Splash Montego Bay, which according to reviews that I am looking at now, is the only option that is ever pickedWith the exception of the all inclusive food and drinks, there weren't any non-motorized sports and/or land sports on this part of the resortTherefore VERY advertisingYou had to be a guest of the cove in order to use all the amenities of Sunscape Splash, which was an additional $When contacting Cheap Caribbean, they continuously disconnected the line and/or were nastyI will never use this site and have already informed many others of the same

concerning your booking with CheapCaribbean.comYour reservation was cancelled
in our system so there will be no additional charge to the credit card we have
on file for the balance of your trip
I have pulled all calls in relation to your
initial booking as well as your follow up calls
Initial Call on August 26, booked
with an Agent xxx
During that call you opted for the deposit program, at min seconds, xxx read all terms and
conditions on booking this reservation including all penalties for cancelling
and advising that only a future credit would be issued for any remaining
balance left after penalties were paidOn September 11, you called in to
inquire about cancelling your tripDuring that call with Agent xxx, she explained to you
that with the CC fees and the insurance purchase, you would only be getting an
airline credit of $per person on the booking with *** ***You
then said to go ahead and cancel, however, prior to the agent being to do so
the call was disconnectedThe agent tried to call you back but was only able
to leave you a voicemailOn September 15, you called in and
spoke to Agent xxx
and wanted to know the balance on your booking and when that was dueXxx advised that your final
payment of $was due on November 20, On October 6, 2015, we received notice
from your credit card company that you were charging back the total price paid

active and explained the penalties and future credit with the airline once
again and that if you wished to cancel to please call us so we could assistOn October 11, 2015, Agent xxx sent a follow up email
to advise you that if you wish to cancel your vacation you needed to call us or
your card would automatically be charged on November 20, for the remaining
balanceOn October 15, we received an email
from you stating that you planned on initiating litigation for unfair
advertising and billing practices, we then sent you a follow up email asking
for you to contact us to let us know if you would be cancelling or traveling
On October 21, 2015, since we received you
email stating you were taking legal action, we took the liberty of cancelling
your reservationAfter reviewing all phone calls and emails,
we feel we did everything we could to assist you in cancelling this booking and
advising you of our terms and conditions, both at initial time of booking and
