This company sent me this letter stating that I had until the 30th of September in order to pay down my debt 35%. But on the 29th, which is 13 days later they submitted a check to my bank for the full amount. My bank paid it and charged me 37.00. I called and spoke with a [redacted] who said that the letters are not real and that they don't mean anything. Last week a [redacted] called me and said my payment was still outstanding and that they had not received money from my bank. I explained that this was impossible because you always send me receipts of payment within two business days so how is it that three weeks later you don't see my payment. He said that a third party collected the money and has not given it to them. I said well why would you have a third party collect money BEFORE the date that you gave me to pay? He then stated that he would note my account that they did not honor their letter and after the payment clears he would see about a refund of my 37.00.

I spoke with Sunny from the company and after he reviewed call, the representative stated that the payment would come out July 6th, so they are offering to refund me my bank fee.

I have attached the documents showing that this debt was paid to [redacted]l group.  The transactions are dated 4/27/11 and 5/25/11 in the amount of $273.95 each.

This customer's debt of $980.42 was sold to United Debt Holdings on 02/19/2014. Company's debt sale agreement contains a provision that the buyer of the debt conduct all collection activities in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, just as we would do. Hello,Customer entered into a loan agreement on 8/15/2016 to borrow $2525.00 and pay back a total of $6186.71 over 24 biweekly payments. The loan agreement was for this biweekly payment schedule, and was electronically signed by the customer acknowledging these terms, including the payment schedule....

Additionally, the credit bureaus also informed me that these documents were sent to each of the creditors in question so I am not sure why I am having to send this a third time, but here it is anyway. I also sent this company another letter requesting proper validation of account ie handwritten/electronic signature on contract on the same date the police report and documents were sent. I have not gotten a response back as of yet. Please note that correspondence to this situation will need to be handled in this manner only so as to correctly document activity in case legal action need to be taken. [redacted] The issue remains - this business made an offer, accepted money to make the offer valid and paid in full, then changed their mind once the transaction was completed. This is dishonest, manipulative business dealings. There is nothing to prevent them from doing the same thing again, once the second agreement is paid -- to find another "computer glitch" that adds additional money due with a third settlement agreement to finalize the deal. It will continue again and again. Check 'N Go doesn't honor their negotiations, respect settlements, and gouge their clients for more money again and again and again. This needs to stop and they need to be held accountable.
