Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I would not get a refund until I returned the product and paid the shipping cost myself to send it back to themI do not have the free trial product to returnThey said once they receive it, they will issue a refund, but not until thenThey sent me information to return the product and a RMA numberIt states this in the email:After a review of your account we have refunded your charge on the good faith that you will return the product.I would like a refund without returning the free trial product and doing so at my own cost, since I did pay for shipping in the first placeI no longer have the productMy dog would not eat it so I threw it awayAfter all, it was supposed to have cost only $4.95, not $ Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I am appreciative of the refund of $to my account that will take 3-business days, I have just met with my bank regarding $ in NSF fees that I incurred because this company had the $on hold in my account, therefore causing other transactions to not clearSo even though I will eventually receive the $69.95, I am going to be responsible for the $in fees unless This company covers those as wellI would be more than happy to provide the documentation from by bank showing the fees as charged to my account along with an explanation from the bank as to how the fees were incurred and showing they are in direct correlation to the $being placed on hold in my accountVery, very unhappy Sincerely, [redacted] ***

One refund was processed on August 11, when the customer contacted customer service - The second today, both charges have been refunded in fullThank you

The charge was refunded in full when the customer contacted customer service this morning - Please allow your bank up to 5-business days to process and show the credit on your statement - In addition the subscription was cancelled this morning when the customer contacted CSCancellation
