I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I had the products shipped to Michigan to my parents house as that's where my dog livesMy address is in NYCI disputed the charges with my credit card but ultimately I was recharged because "Extend Joint Care did not honor the dispute"I disputed the charges with my credit card because Extend would not accept my return or even talk to me for that matterI still have the charges of $that I can show proof of.

to use days worth of the so called Free product I would also like a credit back for the FREE day sample I paid $shipping forAdditionally, since I had to return the days left of the product to Pet Health that cost me $return shipping, I would also like $return shipping credited back to me
I really feel this companies advertising is misleading and I was NOT aware of the additional fees and consequences that I found myself involved with that originated with what I thought was a Free day sample for just paying the shipping charge of $My greatest concern is that I do not want this to happen to anyone elseThis company needs to be upfront with there advertising
