While I still do not agree with this companies marketing...

or procedures as they are very misleading as can be seen by multiple negative reviews all over the internet, they have honored a cancellation and refund.   I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

All charges are now refunded in full. It appears there were 2 trial purchases made, one in [redacted]'s name and one in [redacted]'s name. [redacted] only cancelled her account when she contacted customer service. [redacted]'s account is now cancelled and all charges are refunded
