The air conditioner went out in this hot Saint Louis summer and we were at a loss for who to contact...you have so many options! Our neighbors suggested Chesterfield Service They said you might find some cheaper options but the customer service was second to none They were right!! I called on a Monday morning and they had it fixed by the afternoon! ***  was our service technician and he is years with the company and years experience He was friendly, knowledgable and allowed me to pester him the whole time with questions!! Very happy with our experience and would recommend!

[redacted] diagnosed the problems with the refrigerators in our newly purchased house He was on time and very professional Some parts needed to be ordered, but the items that could be up and running without new parts were working good as new when [redacted] left our house When the parts came in a few days later, [redacted] finished the work on the fridges He took good care of the rest of our home while he was here working Would definitely recommend this company and ***!

Air went out on the hottest day of the year and late in the day The company I normally worked with could not come out for 3-days Called Chesterfield Service and although they were booked as well, Mike said he would try to get me in He showed up at and my air was back on by 8: He explained the issue and the alternatives and was professional the whole time Great Service, I recommend them

The technician arrived promptly; service was goodIssues with the furnace and attic fan were taken care of

I had my routine annual inspection and service today Shaun arrived as scheduled, was polite and very thorough, explaining what he was going to do He asked if I wanted to replace the filter for my electronic air filter, and showed me what he was seeing He suggested I could wait for the "winter" change over to heating, but after looking at the media, I decided to replace it, as it will get a lot of use with the summer air-conditioning I have used Chesterfield Service for over ten years, replacing two furnace and air-conditioning units in my former house, and installed a new heat pump, electronic air-conditioner, furnace and humidifier when we purchased this villa a year ago They have always been excellent and the service technicians really know the business

Dave Mdid an outstanding job of solving the mystery of my slow-heating drierSeems the newish outside trap, installed a year or two ago by Chesterfield, does a great job of keeping out birds and squirrels, but also traps lint inside!
Dave removed all the old lint, got the drier up and running again and suggested I take a Dirt Devil once or twice a year and from the outside suction out the lint that accumulates in the outdoor trap
