Chesterfield Service Heating & Cooling

We have had 3 different service people come to fix 3 different problems within 10 days. They were all very professional and courteous. We were so impressed that we now have a heating/cooling contract with Chesterfield.

My experience was 100% positive. We had two other companies look at our Thermador oven and tell us it couldn't be repaired we would have to purchase a new one ($7K) really. We contacted Thermador and they gave us Chesterfield Services number, thank goodness. Their scheduling was quick and Jarod called and asked if he could come by a bit early. He was very personable and professional. When we have another need for their services we will immediately contact Chesterfield Services and ask for Jarod. Thanks, Rick

Bobby H. of Chesterfiled Service, Inc.responded to a service request to evaluate and fix our [redacted] Dryer. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosing and explaining the problem and ordering the parts required. He readily answered questions, clearly outlined the the costs involved and even offered a suggestion for better long-term maintenance of the machine. He indicated that the parts would be available in 24 hours and that they would call to schedule the work to be completed at our earliest convenience.

Had a technician come out to take a look at our oven after waiting an entire week to get an appointment and was told they would have the part to repair the following Monday (another week away). Didn't hear back on Monday and called only to find out that the part was not available and it would be ANOTHER week. Had planned on hosting Thanksgiving at our house for extended family and b/c of the lack of communication we are now scrambling to find someone else to make the repair last minute. Expressed disappointment and all that was said was "sorry". Horrible way of conducting business!!!!

Jarod was very knowledgeable of the product and took the time to patiently explain the issue. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous.

Jarod N. did a great job fixing the couple of problems we had with our Viking appliances. He arrived on time, covered his shoes to protect our floors, was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was wrong, and came prepared and resolved one of our problems at his first visit.

Chesterfield Service had a tech at our house in a little more than an hour after we called and our A/C was fixed and running less than 30 minutes later. Great response.

Bobby went above and beyond his scope of service when he did a complete overview of my refrigerator and determined there was a much larger issue at hand. He also spoke directly with the manufacturer on my behalf and explained what the root cause was for the issue and what additional damage was done as a result. He was very knowledgable and professional during the service visit and I feel confident that he will install the new parts and get my fridge up and running again!
