Chesterfield Service Heating & Cooling

I have relied on Chesterfield Service Heating and Cooling for my heating and cooling needs for several years. During the regular fall inspection of my furnace, the technician noticed that the humidifier was not working properly. After talking with the technician, I decided to replace it with a new humidifier. The technician provided me with the options available and I chose a power humidifier. Shaun and Jake were the technicians who installed the new humidifier. As usual, they were on time, got to work right away and were very polite and friendly. The new humidifier has made the house feel much more comfortable.

I would recommend Chesterfield Service to people needing a heating and cooling
company to work in their homes.

Chesterfield Service Inc and their technician exceeded my expectations. Tom F demonstrated superior diagnostic skill and, when he determined the problem could not be fixed, he did not charge for the visit or the part ordered.
I will use this company again.

I had an issue with my washing machine and contacted Chesterfield Service. They scheduled a service call for the following day and I received a call to confirm the visit that night. I also received a call when the technician was on his way and he arrived in the service window I was quoted. I was very pleased with the courteous and knowledgeable professional - Bobby - who reviewed my options and costs. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I needed to have a range top replaced. I was very impressed with the overall service I received. Glass range tops apparently don't ship well, so I was informed up front that it might require several attempts to receive a range top in acceptable condition. It took three tries to get one in one piece. I was contacted upon arrival and inspection and an install was scheduled within a few days. My installer was Dave M and he was very professional. He did a great job on the install and also cleaned up any mess from the packaging and install of the range top. I would definitely recommend Chesterfield Service. The entire staff did a great job.

Mike gets right to work while remaining friendly and just as ready to answer questions. He is customer service oriented, what could be better?

I have been using Chesterfield Service for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Their service personnel have always been first class.

[redacted] diagnosed the problems with the refrigerators in our newly purchased house. He was on time and very professional. Some parts needed to be ordered, but the items that could be up and running without new parts were working good as new when [redacted] left our house. When the parts came in a few days later, [redacted] finished the work on the fridges. He took good care of the rest of our home while he was here working. Would definitely recommend this company and [redacted]!

The very competent Jarod from Chesterfield Service came to repair our malfunctioning Frigidaire refrigerator. We described the problem to him, and Jarod was able to state very quickly what he believed the likely cause to be. He then ordered the necessary parts and returned as soon as they came in to make the repair. His diagnosis was correct and the fridge works fine now. We are very pleased.

The air conditioner went out in this hot Saint Louis summer and we were at a loss for who to contact...you have so many options! Our neighbors suggested Chesterfield Service. They said you might find some cheaper options but the customer service was second to none. They were right!! I called on a Monday morning and they had it fixed by the afternoon! [redacted]  was our service technician and he is 14 years with the company and 30 years experience. He was friendly, knowledgable and allowed me to pester him the whole time with questions!! Very happy with our experience and would recommend!

Mike R. showed up promptly. He was thorough in explaining what our problem was and repaired things accordingly. On the first below freezing day of St. Louis' 2016 Winter, it's great to have the heat back on!

Mike R did routine maintenance on our A/C. He has serviced our furnace and A/C numerous times over the years, he is always professional and honest, I trust his work and value his opinion. We have used Chesterfield Service for 20+ years and have been happy with their work.

On 7/22/2016 Chesterfield Service came out to service my appliance. Bobby was my service person for the repair. He was very professional and explained in detail everything he did to fix the problem.

We had a great experience working with Chesterfield Service. Dave encouraged us in contacting our appliance manufacturer for some needed follow-up, and the Chesterfield Service office staff was very helpful with this process. While doing the repair work, Dave was great about explaining what he was doing in layman's terms and he also did a good job of cleaning up the work space afterwards. I felt comfortable having him in my home and that he was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. We'll call Chesterfield Service again and we'll encourage our friends and neighbors to do the same!

Jarod at Chesterfield Service diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator quickly ordered two parts, came back a couple of days later and installed them. Everything went very smoothly and fridge is fixed. All in all a very good experience.
