Per my telephone conversation with [redacted] with MAACO Customer Relations on 5/23/stated that she had spoken with the owner(***) at the MAACO located at [redacted] and I had picked up my vehicleI agreed with her that I did pick up my vehicle after ***(the owner)had been given me the run around and not ordering parts for my vehicle which I paid forI am due a refund on the part(head panel) that was never ordered nor placed on my vehicleShe only stated that this MAACO location was a franchise and I would need to take my concerns to another resource All I am requesting is for a refund for services not rendered and paid for

Excellent customer service! Professional work, on time, did a great job! Would call them again and recommend them to others

We have never ripped off any of our customers and we have never done advertisingThere is a price difference between cash and credit, and that is why cash is cents cheaper than creditThe big sign outside shows Cash/Chevron credit card pricing (It says that at the top), and its different from the pump because the pump shows credit card pricingThis is the case with almost every gas station you go toThere is always a difference in cash and credit pricing and in no way do we try and trick people to thinking our gas is cheaper and then charge them more at the pumpThe big sign states "Cash/Chevron Credit", the reason that same price doesn't show at the pump is because you can't pay cash at the pumpAnybody who is paying at the pump is using a card so it wouldn't make sense to put cash price thereWe also have smaller signs outside that also show Cash/Credit pricing, so there are a total of signs that clearly show cash and credit pricing and if you look at them you will notice that cash and credit pricing is differentIf your wondering why? Well thats because we have to pay credit transactions fees so that why we charge cents moreI hope this answers your complaint, and I also just want to say, that before you make a claim you should try to get in contact with the owner or ask who ever is working why there is a difference in pricingI hope we can earn your business back and you continue to come to the Chevron.Thank you!-Management

Thank you for bringing the complaint into our notice to help us to improve our business, as per the customers complaint we have contacted the customer on his daytime phone number but couldn't get hold of him the voice massage has already been left to the mail box, As long as the signage and the street price is concerned the price sign are visible to all the customers according to the state required program but to make it sure the further action has been already taken to post more cent discount per gallon along with the purchase of car wash to each side of the island at a visible position.the customer is most welcome to contact us on the given phone number [redacted] *** to resolve the issue,Thanks***fast and easy chevron

I am sorry for the untimely responseThe manager for this site has been out of the country for quite some timeI am the assistant manager and after gathering all the details I believe there has been a misunderstandingThe propane tank was filled correctly but it needed only one more gallon to fill upI can understand the customers frustration thenThis site makes it clear though that we charge a flat rate for filling up one tankWe do have signage making this clear We would love it if [redacted] came back and we could explain how the system worksThis will show that we did fill up his tank and help ease his anger Thanks

Good afternoon [redacted] Thank you for contacting us regarding the complaint from our terminated driver, [redacted] Every employee or employer makes mistakes from time to timeAnd that's what we were hoping after experiencing a few issues with, [redacted] and chalked them up to miscommunications with us One issue for example was not submitting the original Bill of Ladings (proof of deliveries of cargo) to our factoring company via tripak (A separate mailing system located at truck stops)This is required of every driver in order for all companies involved in a load to get paidAfter several of the delivery receipts were not being received we explained to Mike how important these documents were & asked that he photograph the envelope & tripak drop box upon sendingThere was also other DOT required paperwork that was never turned in to us Another issue that came about were loads not getting delivered on timeHe was lying about his whereaboutsOne particular time that stands out is a crane appointment was missed by eight hours resulting in a bill for the crane for $ [redacted] in which we were responsible for half ofHe lied about his truck breaking down but after inspection of the truck and speaking with his acquaintances, the truth was he left a day lateWe continued trying to work with the driver On 4/1/he picked up a load in Darien, WI for delivery in OH, PA & NYAfter not being able to get in touch with the driver we finally found out on 4/7/16, that the truck, trailer & cargo were left abandoned at a truck stop in Monroe, WINo loads were delivered Since we had a contract with the broker to deliver these loads we had to hire an independent truck owner operator to pickup the abandoned freight & deliver the loadsHe submitted a bill to us that we paidWe also had to drive to Browntown, WIto pick up the paper work from the abandoned truck and deducted time and mileageWe deducted these off the drivers final settlement If you would like to discuss this further we have all the documentation to provide all charges we incurred & deducted from his final settlementIf you could please confirm receipt of this message that would be greatThank you so much! The two attached images were taken this evening and show what is seen as a driver approaching the station and at the pump As you can see there is a $price discrepancy from the advertised price and the price which is charged at the pump Please let me know if you need anything further

I would like to open with an apology to [redacted] for the incident she refers to Although I was not at the store at the time this happened, please let me explain the reasoning behind our policy with regards to dispensing propane during certain weather conditions This policy allows employee discretion on windy days by limiting exposure of the employees to possible injury from the propane lid It does not have a holding mechanism and must be open in order to dispense propane Unfortunately, we learned the hard way of the pain that lid coming down can causeLuckily that was the extent of the damage but it motivated us to set that part of the policy I am not sure what the wind speed was on that specific day, but the desert likes to throw in considerable gusts in addition to sustained winds That being said, [redacted] should have received this explanation (in abbreviated form) at the time I do not believe that the employee working at the time afforded her that courtesy and for that I apologize That person is no longer employed with the company The second part of [redacted] 's complaint says that she is not welcome in the store No one gave that information to me and I welcome her to the store any time Please contact me should you have any further questions Thank you both for your understanding

On or about 4/1/2018, at approximately 11:00am, I purchased gas at Chevron at location *** I used pump and paid with a credit debit cardI drove to Inorth and when the new gas mixed with existing gas my vehicle stalled or stop while on the express wayI realized the gas was not appropriate that I purchasedI called a tow and was tolled to jaguar on Piedmont Road, Atlanta, GeorgiaI told them I suspected my gas was not appropriateAfter they inspected the vehicle, I was told that my engine had water in it and I needed to replace the engine for $11,
I continued using the chevron gas at above address not knowing that gas purchased at this location had water in itI used Chevron gas purchased at this location in my John Deer riding lawn mower and two other lawn mowers, and, other lawn equipmentAll the lawn mowers are not functioning, this is when I realized the gas at the chevron have water in it or it is not appropriate for

Best Roofing came out and installed my roofThey were very professional and the work was completed and cleanup was completed as promisedJosh helped explained the process from beginning to end and I could not be happier

Two reps came out about 9:46am and fixed the problem and explain to me what caused the problemI received a copy of the write up and I was informed that if I should experience any more problems don't hesitate to callThey also apologize for Jeff unprofessionalism in the way he handle this matter,

Best Choice Roofing was the best experience that I've had with a contractorJosh Kim knocked on my door for an entire year before I gave in and let him do what he promise from the beginningHe made the process so easy as he handled every aspect from setting up the adjuster appointment, to meeting with my adjuster personally, to explaining the pages of paperwork my insurance company sent me The only question I had was why I waited so longThe work was done in half a day and I came home to a beautiful new roof and a spotless yardThank you Josh and Best Choice Roofing for a great experience! crooks, they will lie and will spend more time covering up bad work, than it would take to fix only will admit when caught red handed with no other choice, and only exactly what caught for even if they know there is more repair that they should have doneit is always nice having roofer tell you everything that should have been done after roof complete when to late

I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed in a very professional and timely manner Once completed Chris and Zach came out to make sure that the job was done correctly and the Production Manager Casey will also be coming to check for any potential issues Melissa was vert professional and helpful in getting everything set up and answering any questions I had Greg the General Manager was also very helpful and very involved in what goes on in the business Great company
