I placed a order with this company on 01/03/2017, I still have not received my items, first they said my address was incorrect, corrected the mishap, Then I emailed them again all to be given a tracking number on one of the items in which I purchased threeI just hit the cancel order button on the other two items to be told that it will take 5-business days for a refundMy items are still saying "PROCESSING" *** is that? then you can't call to speak with a live personOn top of that the item they claimed to have mailed is still in CHINA!!! I wish I'd done some research before orderingBut believe me when I say I will be checking the Revdex.com before ordering from any online vendor with the exception of ***

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a dress that looked really cute in the picture and was planning on wearing it to my bridal shower but when I received it it was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It looked nothing like the picture and was horrible quality. Pretty much looks like a rag and is complete see through and way too small. I tried contacting customer support but it is all automated and I cannot get a hold of someone. On top of the horrible product they have horrible customer service. I've been trying to contact someone to refund and have yet to receive a response that is not automated. After going through hell with this product I absolutely should not be paying for shipping for a return. I'd rather wear a garbage bag then the garbage dress that I received.

I ordered dresses on Oct I never received them I told them I needed a tracking number they sent me a bogus tracking number or three different times after that I told them I still haven't received my items and I wanted a refund back on my car and they said ok today is Oct ** I still haven't received either one help!!

This company has terrible customer service and they have tried to overcharge me three times on the same purchase nearly tripling that value (sales, shipping fees and coupons included) and they haven't tried to assist me properly at all so my bank caught onto Credit Card fraud, I had to cancel it and cut it up and now they are marked as high risk by the 4th Largest bank in the world (FNB) and considered an unreliable spam site and I tried to defend them but the bank wouldn't have it and right now I don't blame themDisgusting all round!
Oh and shipping is far from free World wide Because apparently South Africa doesn't fall into planet earthT's and C's anyone?
I have been blocked on Facebook but now you have pushed my hand and I shall continue to mark you as spam, report you to further banks, expose you on more social media and continue to take this matter on through my friends and their voices and I have about and the world shall spread like wildfire and South African's

I have purchased a few items from this boutique from July ** and from then I have not heard anything about my itemsI have not been notified when they would arrive nor have I been notified if they have been shipped or notIt is almost weeks and I have still not heard anything about my orderSo having visited the site and properly checked for a phone number to contact them there was none
I do not even bother want the items, I am just requesting a full refund of what I paid for those items

I ordered something on feb ** I have not yet to receive my item ive contacted them several times and they only respond when they feel like it stating that once a item is shipped ill have to wait, so its been months I wrote them again now they said on feb ** they had to re issue the product due to it was damaged in transit and now I have to wait a additional to days no I want my money back im not waiting months for a shipment never will I order from here again

Such a NEGATIVE experience when attempting to contact CHIC ME! I have reached out through all available avenues (**, ** and Phone and email )regarding my missing parcelI have yet to be contacted I followed the information on the FAQ site regarding missing parcels, they have yet to contact me!
I am beyond frustrated and irritated that I have yet to be contacted regarding my refundAt this point I don't even want a replacement item all I want is my money backSUCH GARBAGE company

I ordered 2 dresses from Chick ME in the beginning of October 2018, and definitely It was my first and last experience with that company!
The first dress I received in the end of November and it was very chip quality, not as in picture at all, I wouldnt buy it in a store for sure! I was very disappointed...
But the 2 dress I didnt receive even for 3.5 months waiting and even now in December! Company doesn't want to return money back as asked me "wait patiently". I planed to wear dress on Christmas party but I still dont have it, and frankly speaking, Im not sure how it will look like, after seeing terrible quality of the first one...

Dont recommend trust their pictures and deal with this company at all! Save your time and energy!

Worst clothing/ shoes etc Company items does not fit right are looks the same very cheep materials looks very bad then they don’t want to refund back all your money telling me I will only get back 20 % of my money because they have to ship items back to China but in there return policy they said u will get a refund if item ship within 30 days of receiving items I got it the same time I tried them on and they can’t fit I contacted the Chicme support same time that I will be returning and No Response for two days then they told me I should give clothes to relatives Because they can only refund back 20% of my money I never heard anything like this in my life .. people please do not buy from them you will regret it 000000 Ratings for them but because it won’t let me submit without putting a star I will put only 1 star so people could read this

I ordered shoes and the heels weren't glued to the shoe all the way parts of the sole isn't glued and the front of the heel doesn't even touch the ground. I connected them and she gone send me a message saying we can give you $25 credit toward another purchase. First of all I paid more then that for the shoes HOW ABOUT THE SHOES I ORDERED THAT I CAN ACTUALLY WEAR

Im very annoyed with the service. I paid money for something I haven't received. Forget receiving the item! I didnt even get an e-mail confirmation about my order. I would like to take action!

Its interesting that reviews on the actual site are all great but when you Google them there are different. reviews. Let's start here I placed an order for two items on June 22,2018. I was advised it would take 3-5 business days to process to ship and then allow time to be delivered. I was advised that I would be notified when the order was processed and then another notification when shipped. 1st the only email I received was thanking me for placing my order, nothing literally NOTHING after that I waited until the following Friday which was 5 business days, logged back onto the site, the order stated it was shipped but, only the invoice apparently was shipped. I checked the tracking number daily up until today, guess what I still don't have my items. I spoke with FedEx who states Chic Me uses them to ship the order to fedex and fedex delivers the item to the post office and the post office makes the delivery to the consumer? I'm really upset had I known it would take this long I would have ordered the items last summer! Now the even scarier part is receiving the items, wondering if they'll be cheesy or poor quality. I will update and let you know, so far not good!

I ordered from Chic me back into the end of October. Never heard anything after that.
I did email the company and I must say they did get back to me within a few days sending me a tracking number.
It says items are coming from China which I had no idea. I probably wouldn't have ordered if I knew that.
Let's see what happens in a few weeks if I get the order. I hope it's worth the month wait.

This place is horrible! They show models with curves obviously not a size 2 and their clothes are made to fit someone who hasn't hit puberty yet! Horrible fabrics poor construction and it takes FOREVER like a month to get the clothes. I gave all my stuff to Goodwill it looked hideous. I wasn't about to deal with these people I had heard they are rude and horrible customer service. So they false advertise especially on Instagram. Skip this place all together. It's a waste of time. And money.

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it's taking forever to receive it I also sent two emails out to them still haven't gotten a reply back yet I will never order from them again then on top of that don't think that the sight is very secured because soon after someone tried using my credit card
