This company sells bootleg, Chinese made clothing and accessories that are nothing like the advertised pictures. The materials used and the low quality of the products are really misleading and a complete hoax compared to what you get..3 weeks later by the way. I bought 15 items and am returning ALL of them. I would not expect this from such an online boutique that advertises themselves so much. Consumer, you are better off not wasting your money here and going to a flea market for better quality! They are taking advantage of people!

These people are ridiculous. When you contact them they state that they don't understand what you are asking. The clothing quality is HORRIBLE. Had to open 2 resolutions with Paypal. It is now going on 2 months and this still isn't resolved.

The worst company ever! I placed an order in September that just arrived a day ago. I was extremely excited couldn't wait to try it on. Well I will never be able to try it on or wear it. I ordered an xlarge lime I always do and wear and the shirt that showed up is marked and tagged xlarge but isn't vendors close. I have a nine years old daughter who is tall and slender and she can wear the shirt. Now how in the world can you expect a grown women with some curves to wear something a nine year old bean pole can wear. It isn't gonna happen and the quality of the item is poor at best. You can see through the shirt. In order for my daughter to even make use of this item she will have to wear another shirt under it. Sending it back would cost me more money and time as well as frustration. This is the worst app/company ever. They don't even have customer service listed on the app that should have been a red flag to begin with. Anyway any "real" ladies out there don't order from them cuz the pic shows women wearing these clothes and my nine years child can wear it.

I will never order anything from this site again they say you will not be charged until your order arrives and also they don't tell you how long it will take for order come once you finish your order like other sites let you know your order will arrive in 3-7 days for example this site didn't do that I emailed them and they tell me 15-30 days and not to forget I never received my orders but they offer me 50% of my money back but only on one order. I never like ordering online through places like this but took a chance I will never do again not this site

I chanced on this site browsing the internet shopping for clothing. The clothes were so enticing that I couldn't resist buying some. I bought 4 clothes and a wig. All the 4 clothes I received were junk. None of them could fit and the materials were junk. I did not received the wig. it is close to 3 months now. I have contacted the site several times but they keep asking me to wait but cannot provide me with a valid tracking number. DON'T BE DECEIVED. DON'T BUY!!!! RUN!!

I bought a 'cold shoulder' top from Chic Me. The quality and workmanship was awful, it was supposed to be an evening top yet when it arrived it was described on the packet as 'sexy underwear'. When I complained I got no response for a week, then, I contacted them again I got a message asking for my email address from their Facebook page. I tried to respond only to find I couldn't answer because I had been blocked.

Piece of [removed] company! Item received looked nothing like the pictures and came damaged. They refuse to give a refund. They state they can only give you a coupo, then 30% then 40%. In there return policy no where does it state this. If it's s mistake in their part they are to provide a refund and pay for returning the items. They somehow are making up their policy as they go along! I have stopped payment with my back and claimed fraud against them! Do not shop with them... Pass it along and save your money!

Horrible company, this company is a scam. I bought several items, not only did shipping took almost 2 months, it was all garbage, cheap poorly made imitations of the items they advertise. The material looked really cheap, smelled bad and it was an over disaster. I did not know if you laugh and cry at what they are trying to pass off as clothes. I am kicking myself for not having read their poor online reviews. At this point all I can do is warn other consumers.

Review: I found the Chic Me Boutique website on [redacted] and they advertised a pair of shoes/boots that I purchased. Not only did I have to wait an extra two weeks for my purchase in which I paid $208 for but once the item was received it was an imitation of the original shoe advertised but it wasn't the shoe at all. They advertised one item but sent me another an now the merchant is refusing to refund my money. The items they advertised is being mailed back to them ASAP and I have copies of not only the ads of the item but of the actual item they shipped to me and you can clearly see the item is nothing of the same. When I contacted the merchant they acted as if they had no idea of what I spoke of and told me to choose another item. They are claiming to be selling actual items but the items they are selling are fraudulent!!! Can someone please get back to me about this situation.Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund because I would not have ordered the said item had I known it wasn't the actual item and also because they advertised the item and sent me another product.

Horrible people to work with, cheap China made materials for an over priced tag. Delivery takes 3 weeks later than promised owners are extremely rude. Beware of doing any business with them. They sent me the wrong size the first 2 times the 3rd time they sent me a damaged item it took over 2 months for us to resolve the problem I contact them about an exchange and all they did was send me a copy of their policy after giving me such much trouble when all I did was work with them.

Review: I initially ordered two dresses from this vendor on January **, 2014 through the Paypal system to wear for an event that was scheduled to take place on February **, 2014. I received a confirmation email from the vendor stating that one of the dresses (the item that I am lodging the complaint regarding) would ship in two-four weeks. This information was also stated on the website when the order was initially placed. I received the first dress within a reasonable time frame (there is no dispute with that item). The second dress arrived on March **, 2014 two months after the item was ordered. Within that time frame I received two more correspondences from [redacted] (Chic Me Boutique) one in February stating the package was delayed , the second the first week of March stating that if she was unable to have the item shipped out by the end of the week she would issue me a refund for the purchase. On March [redacted], I received a confirmation email stating that I had been issued a refund. The following week I had not received a refund credit to my pay pal account so I contacted [redacted] again to inform her that I had not received the money. [redacted] did not respond. I then filed a claim with Paypal to stay within the window of time that would soon close for them to be able to assist in resolving this issue. On March [redacted], I received an email from the United States Postal Service stating a shipment was sent from [redacted]. After, I received the item on Fruday, March [redacted] emailed me stating she saw through the tracking system that the item had been delivered and requested that I confirm receipt. I told her that the item had been received, and requested information to return it, that she and I had already agreed to a refund and that the dress did not fit anyway. She then then stated that she would not refund my money, but we could discuss other arrangements after the Paypal dispute was closed. I expressed to her my concern for closing the case given the poor results I had already received from her company. Needless to say Paypal did not resolved the dispute. After the dispute was closed on March [redacted], she informed me that I could exchange the item for store credit and she would also give me an additional $10 store credit. I told [redacted] that I would like to exchange the item for two bathing suits later that evening. The following day she replied saying that was still an option and requested the sizes for the items. I told her mediums. She responded a few hours later stating that she would no longer exchange the items after speaking with her partner because she no longer wanted to be open to further complaints and that I could only exchange the item for a bigger size. I asked her if she was no longer honoring the returns/exchange policy listed on their website, which does allow for returns/exchanges as long as they were informed within three business days and the item was received within 10 business days.Desired Settlement: $100. $95 for the purchase price of the dress and $5 for shipping costs (1/2 of the amount paid, since I did receive one item)

Review: I paid 48 dollars for a dress and never received it. They do not respond to my emails or text messages and blocked me from [redacted] which is where they do all of their advertisingDesired Settlement: A refund or delivery of my item.

I personally love this app, not only are there random cool things to just buy, the people are actually always on top of things. I ordered about two weeks ago about 8 things. (In which I still haven't gotten, but it was expected to take awhile) and I received the most polite letter saying how sorry they were that they forgot one of the things I had bought and sent me a complete refund immediately & also gave me 100 points. Amazing customer service. I recommend 100%

Review: Purchased a product of theirs and upon initial inspection of the item when I received it I noticed is sewn improperly as well as stitching that looks as if it should be in certain places. I emailed the business and have yet to receive a response regarding the garment.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund if possible and if not I would like an exchange.

Review: I Ordered A Dress ON Thursday, 1/*/16. I received a confirmation and money was deducted from my account. However, I have yet to receive any correspondence regarding shipping and the item is supposed to be delivered in 5 days. Review: I ordered a dress from Chic Me Boutique, nowhere on the site did it state that I couldn't return to exchange the particular dress I ordered. I purchased priority shipping for the package and I didn't receive the dress until 4 weeks later, priority shipping normally takes anywhere between 1-3 business days to ship and be delievered. The same pictures that she has on her website are the same pictures from another website called [redacted], on that site the dress cost $48.00, she charges $120.00 which I didnt know until after I purchased the dress and a friend showed me that it was on the other website . Because [redacted] is China based, there sizes dont fit like US sizes. I emailed [redacted] at Chic Me Boutique explaining to her that I couldn't fit the dress as it was to small, you can't return for a refund but you can get a full store credit so she told me that I could get a different dress but it wouldn't be sent to me until I sent her the dress back that I had. I sent her the dress back and before it arrived to her she sent me a email saying that I couldnt excahnge that particular dress, I advised her that it was already sen to her and she NEVER told me that. She refused the package and had the post office return to me, she has not responded to any emails or calls. A bad way to do business, now I'm stuck with a dress I can't even wear and it was for a special occasion. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from her, and I dont recommend anyone else to. Just search the web, [redacted] of course to make sure they don't have the same dress on their website that she has on her's because its cheaper to order from them. She just orders from them anyway, and once she receives it she puts her label on it and then ships it to you, she is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THE OTHER DRESS SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO SEND TO ME BEFORE TELLING ME I COULDNT EXCHANGE THE DRESS I SENT BACK TO HER!
