I am rejecting this response because: First, I am not upset about the outcome of my claim As explained in my initial complaint, the problem is that I submitted a claim and when I asked for written notification of the outcome, the company stated they are not required to provide that This is supposed to be a legitimate company; therefore, I requested an official response in writing I am in business too, and when I communicate with clients, I use a company document with letterhead when requested by the client That's what I want for my records since right now I do not have any documentation saying that the company denied my claim I appreciate the phone call, but I still expect official documents.Secondly, if this is not a contract for warranty or residential services, please explain the nature of your business It is obvious that you are misrepresenting your product since your name is "warranty" and the contract uses verbiage such as "coverage", "warranty", and "claim" Any reasonable person would expect this to be a "warranty" based on your contract

I do apologize, I did document the incorrect policy I have looked into the correct policy and do see that you have cancelled with us after you were advised your claim could not be covered I do apologize, our company does only fix mechanical failures and a smell is not a mechanical failure The tech did state to us that he found nothing wrong with your unit Although you have cancelled your policy with us, we are willing to offer you back a full refund Our technician did give us a diagnoses but you stated that he did not and since you stated this, we are willing to refund you for the $service call fee as well Please email me directly and I will send out the correct paperwork for your refund My email is [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The information given by choice home warranty was inaccurateMy air condition was well monitored as well as well taken care ofI signed up with choice warranty in April 15,In May 23,is when my motor to my air-conditioner went out, they also refused to fix it I had to get [redacted] LLC to fix itWhen I had this problem in March 23,2015, the technician from Fresh wind AC came and checked it, I asked him if I had enough Freon, he stated that I indeed there was enoughHe stated that my condenser was bad, and when I asked what could be the cause, he stated he honestly does not know what might have caused this to happenedChoice home warranty are just living up to their commitments as they said they would in the warranty and are trying to find anyway out of fixing my air conditioning regardless of the fact that their the one's who claimed that is was fixed but indeed it was simply notThey gave information by selling inaccurate information to customersThe information they gave about ground surge causing my condenser to stop functioning is not in my contract manualAs well as the statement that my Freon was lowAll their business information are gimmicksFrom what their actions prove, they are looking for ways to avoid keeping their part of the contract, they have shown that all they are after is making money and not taking care of the costumer as they claim they doI want the Revdex.com to post this so that people will take note of their business practices and avoid using choice home warrantyRegards,
