Thought I was getting a really good deal on a kids bike trailer to haul my 1yr old around in but turns out the website is an elaborate scam
The email I received with a PayPal transaction ID and the USPS tracking number is all incorrect. I purchased the item from their website on may 26th and the tracking number 9400*** says it was delivered on may 18th. That's before I even ordered it! Also the PayPal Transaction ID: 5H62714494594911R takes me to a nonexistent page. I was an it and used my card info so now I need to cancel my debit card. The Item I thought I was getting was in the email as well labeled as just a number

Scam-. I ordered a large size item online on 5/6/20. A couple of weeks ago I received some strange green disc in the mail but nothing with chulioshop on it. I called 321 57 7 2477 from site, no answer, no email response. Search shows bad reviews. Will be disputing the $62 on my card.

5/20/20 paid via ***. Received email w/tracking #; it's for a package from another vendor already delivered. 2 emails sent, phone is busy.
I purchased Item# *** for $52.49 on 5/19/20 and paid via ***. Received on 5/20/20 attached *** email confirming order, payment and tracking info. When I went to look up the tracking info on 5/21/20 it came back to a package delivered to myself on 5/14/20 from Morphe. On 5/21/20 I emailed [email protected] asking for the correct tracking info. I then emailed Choulio via their website around 5/25/20 and have receive no response. On 5/27/20 called 321-577-2477 that's provided on their website and get a busy signal.

Ordered 2 trailer tires on may 22nd and payed with ***, Received an order update stating they were delivered to my mailbox (tires) on may 6th. 16 days before I even ordered them. The email address on the *** receipt comes back as un deliverable.

I made this purchase , as mentioned above, on May, 22. I received a USPS tracking number. I entered the tracking number today, 05/27/2020 and the message said my package had been delivered on May 18th, 2020; however, I didn't even make the purchase until May 22nd, 2020. This transaction shows up in my bank account as *** and the website I made the purchase from no longer exists. Total rip off and scam site.

I purchased a hoverboard from them. Authorized payment of $72.49. They took $83.00 and sent a fake tracking number. Contact info on site is fake.
On Saturday, 5/23 I purchased a hoverboard from choulioshop.live for the sum of $72.49. transaction occured via *** with my credit card. The company then charged $83.00 and sent a fake tracking number.

I attempted to contact the company via email, online form submission, email again (from website) and a phone number listed on the site. The second email came back with a failure notice as inactive, and the call was to a number that was not in service.

In researching the company online, several people have had the same issue and never received product.

I thank you in advance for your help with this matter. It's not ok for dishonest folks to do this to others!

This is a fraud company.... I have tried to call the number and tried the email listed and they don't exist.

Product ordered online and paid for but never sent by vendor. Seller will not respond to mulitple inquiry.
On 5/20/2020 ordered an inflatable water slide as advertised on website and paid via ***. Never received an email confirmation but was able to create an account on their website to see order status as "pending". Attempted to contact seller multiple times via their website contact page, direct email and by phone. No response from website contact, direct email bounces back and phone number is not valid. Fraudulent shipping information was provided to *** so they would release payment (increasing the amount by an additional amount without explanation). Shipping information provided was for a package delivered to my home from a different vendor 6 days prior to the date this order was placed.

Ordered item, paid and never received. Cannot get response from vendor, emails bounce back, phone not a valid number. False shipping information provided to PayPal to release payment at a higher amount than was listed. Complaints have been filed with Revdex.com and FTC. Avoid this scammer business at all cost!

I think this shop is fake. I placed an order, paid through paypal. I ordered a Wee Copilot bike attachment and paid $50. Through paypal (not clearly connected to this seller initially), I received a tracking number. When I received the package, it was 3 miniature dice (yes dice that you use with board games). When I reached out to find out why I received the clearly WRONG item, NOTHING. I disputed through paypal and got a chinese address to return the 3 dice to. NOTE: The original site offers a return address for merchandise in FL. It would cost me more to return the item to China than the initial order. Paypal would not do anything further since, from their perspective, the "seller" has tried to resolve by allowing me to return the incorrect item for a refund. This seller is a SCAM. BEWARE!!!!!! Did not receive item ordered (bike). Received plastic whistle.
Ordered bike using***. Never received order confirmation. Credit card was charged. Tried to contact company via website, got no response. Tried calling and email and both not valid. Filed dispute with***. The very next day received shipping notice for item. Item received was a yellow plastic whistle. I assume the companies way of calling me a "whistle blower" for disputing transaction.

They will not supply the correct address so PAYPAY won't refund my money

Purchased 32" led 2017 tv from*** account. I received a tracking number with my order and confirmation of delivery on May 18th, 2020 to go to the post office to get a 1oz empty envelope with the tracking number given to me for the paddle board. I have tried to email every email I could locate. The one on the paid receipt. *** the one on the website directly Email:[email protected] and the contact us form on the website directly. I have not had any luck contacting them. All I wanted was to receive what I purchased as described on their website.
I used *** to pay which split the payment with my balance in my account and through a credit card. I have contacted both to try to resolve the issue too. I am disgusted with Chinese companies hiding behind USA addresses. It is not polite and is a waste of monies going to them and us not being able to get the items purchased and have to fight to get refunded.

He sent me a plastic number not a basketball hoop that I ordered. I took pictures of the complete site and product with his name that I ordered from. This is a sin its stealing, illegal but more importantly immoral!!! Ty for your help!
