I ordered a $70 piano keyboard but in turn got a cheap blue plastic toy that fits in the palm of my hand.
I ordered a $70 piano keyboard from their website and I never got a confirmation email from them, but I did receive and email from PayPal with a tracking number. The package that I ended up getting was a small plastic blue thing that's fits in the palm of my hand. I have emailed them several times with no response and even attempted to call the number on their website but it does not work. I would like to get what I ordered but if not I want my money back.

They are a fraud company that's address in in the middle of no where no buildings around it anywhere.. they are offering a $70 pvc doubled walled outside storage building... it sells for $750-$1000 in other sites.. no info no receipt just notification from *** and the person is in China not Florida so... keep your money you won't get anything you order

Bought a diamondback mountain bike form this company for $59 dollars advertising as a limited offer special total amount was $62.99 ever got it.
Order number was 13463 tracking number is*** receipt #*** order the mountain bike on may 8 2020 try to call no answer try to email no response paid with*** card amount was 62.99 in total.

After paying for a bike online I cannot reach the company by phone or email. They took my money and then ran.
I payed with my card in full 63.99 for a Kent oakwood bike that they are advertising online. After payment I never received a tracking number like they said I would. When I call the number provided it says not in service. And I have emailed the provided address several times and nobody emails me back.

I ordered a bike from this company and instead received a plastic whistle.

I used my PayPal account for security but that doesn't seem to have worked.

I tried to contact the company via telephone, but it said it was an invalid phone number.
Notice the return said "BFE Corporation.

Did not receive what I bought
On May 5 2020 I purchased what I thought was a kayak for $75 I should have known it was a scam when "the package" arrived it was a small plastic thing. I've tried to contact them multiple times the email and phone numbers don't exist

Placed order, they took money. After that nothing. I have emailed and no reply. Tried calling number, not a working number. Tried emailing owner, message returned. I believe I have been had. Think twice before you place order. Order placed on May 1 and today is 13th. I just wanted to get the shipping date. Again, think twice.

No response from company. Ordered an item; received processing payment and shipment status; but no responses and no product received.
Ordered # *** placed o/a 1 May 2020. Item is 49x23x30 Raised Garden Planter Box @ $48 plus $4.49 shipping fee.

Attempted to cancel order via email on 1May 2020 (07:55 PM EDT), but no response from vendor. Attempted to call vendor (321-577-2477) but no answer.

2 May 2020 - received notification that my order payment was successfully process and my order status was "pending. Payment method was via***. Received notification from *** on the details of my shipment (Katie R added shipping details. Ship via USPS, tracking number *** and status was "shipped". Notification indicated seller was Katie R (email address ***). I followed up on tracking number and it appears that whatever shipped was shipped on April 23, 2020 to Waterbury CT and delivered toa "Parcel locker". Please note the delivery date is many days prior to me placing an order (bogus shipping details/ number).

3 May - I sent email to "*** (Katie R) requesting confirmation on shipment of my order. No response to request.

7 May - I sent another email asking where is my order and informing the recipient that I was going to contact the Revdex.com organization if I did not hear from them within 3 days. As expected, no response received.

Subsequent research revealed that this could very well be a BOGUS company, out to scam people. I have documents for all the aforementioned followups, etc. but have not scanned them into my laptop.
