Seems to be nothing but a scam, ordered an item,got tracking # etc, when item arrived it was not even close to what I had ordered. I used *** to pay for the item. Never was able to contact the seller phones not working, no response to emails, nothing. Opened a dispute with *** to get a refund they sent me back a return address to return item but it was in Chinese going to China. *** said refund will happen once the seller receives the item back, I asked where and how they got a return address but they never responded, like they are in cahoots with the seller. Showed the return address to the post office and they kind of laughed. So beware of this site,no way to contact after the fact.

Scam company no valid phone number and no response to messages from customer service
On 5/15/2020 I purchased a red Schwinn bike from the website. They took my money thru*** but I Received no confirmation or tracking number for my item. I tried calling the number listed and it's invalid I've emailed customer service about three times and have not received any response

I ordered an air conditioner on 5.17.20 from this site totaling $62.99 order number ***. This item stated that it shipped on 5.18.20 with tracking *** and shows as delivered. I look on website and it says order still processing. I contacted store and payment person nd no answer nd its going on a week no info on item and they took my money. This business has horrible practices and poor customer service. I believe they re scamming people of of money and never sending merchandise

Went to *** to open a dispute to get a refund(used *** for payment), they sent me an address they got somewhere,they will not tell me how or where, but it's in Chinese going to China,(see attached file), the post office laughed when I showed it to them,said good luck. The website for this says to send all returns to *** etc,attn: Paul H well I guess good luck with that as well. Seems to be no way to contact this organization for any restitution.

This website is a total scam, after I received the plastic disc I started to do some checking and found many complaints regarding this company.

Order placed, c.card charged. Now cannot get in touch with supplier. All contact info is bogus.

I was not asked for an email address (which in hindsight was a problem). I received a confirmation RIGHT ON THE SIGHT only. (attached above)

I tried to immediately re-enter the site to see my order, however, in order to allegedly do that, you need to enter your email address. Of course I tried, but since it was not asked for, how would that gain me access?

I sent several emails to the email address on the CONTACT US page, but received no response. I tried calling the number from that same page, but the number does not exist.

This is obviously a fraudulent company.

I'm*** I ordered it and got it shipped to my girlfriend house due to me being here during this pandemic.. I have Tried to track it..there is no way to track it. Can't call anyone because the number is out of service. Tried to email company it can't be found.. The product that was sent to me is not what I ordered and I cannot get into contact with the seller to resolve this issue.
I ordered a storage building from this website and they sent me a piece of plastic about the size of a quarter. It is not what I ordered from them and I have tried contacting his business and my debit card company. No one is wanting to resolve this issue. The package that I received is not what I ordered and it did not come from where it was supposed to come to. It was from China instead of Florida like advertised on the website. I have tried to return this product and they sent me a fake return address after saying they would refund me my money when they received the item being sent back. They sent a fake return address so my post office is not able to send the item back. I have tried calling the phone number multiple times, it is disconnected. I have sent the photo files so you can see that it is not correct. I have tried contacting them and my card company on the dates of 05-18-2020 all the way up to current date of today 05-20-2020. Please help me resolve my issue. The original tracking number is ***. The return tracking number I have now is ***. the contact number I have is 321-577-2477. The address it was suppose to come from is from Orlando Florida, but the package I received came from China. The payment was made to a seller named Fuxing Ding and the payment also said *** when it was suppose to go to the website of Chouliolive.com. I feel that I have been ripped off and scammed and I do not want other people to go through this difficulty.

They took money on May 1 2020 and I haven't received my order. They said it ships in one day.
I placed order #*** for a bicycle on 5/1/2020. I paid with *** debit card, they took money immediately. Said it would ship out in one day. I still have not received any shipping updates. We were sent a small red lego instead of a skimboard.
We received a small package with a red lego in the mail with the same tracking number that was assigned to our purchase of a "Slapfish Skimboards - Green Fiberglass & Carbon with Traction Deck Grip - 4 Sizes - Kids & Adults - Beginner to Advanced - No Weight Limit Option". We purchased the skimboard on 04/29/20 and received the small lego package on 05/18/20. Our receipt number for the skimboard is: ***. We originally received confirmation for our purchase along with a tracking number. After the first ten days of not receiving the skimboard, we attempted to track the shipping. There were no tracking results, but attributed the delay to many companies being short-staffed due to COVID-19. When the lego arrived in the mail, it was clear that this was an act of deception. We have contacted the company to request a reimbursement of our total purchase: $67.49 (USD). The most disappointing part is that our son saved his money to purchase this skimboard.

This business has a fake e-mail and phone# on it's web site.
They did send me tracking info (through ***) but the item I received was a little plastic disk. I ordered an outdoor basketball hoop. I filed a complaint with*** saying I want a refund and I gave them all the info about the fake e-mail and a screenshot the order and a picture of what I received. *** told me I had to spend my money to send the item back to them in good condition. The address that gave me had Chineses writing. I am afraid *** may side with them because they will say they didn't receive the item back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHOULIO SHOP!!!

we ordered a slide from this company and they charged our credit card through ***. we thought it was safe, but then a personal name appeared on our credit card receipt. We attempted to call the number listed and it appears to be busy. Emails go unanswered. We have gotten zero confirmation about the order being placed or shipped.

05/05/2020 ordered a Whistler TRX-1 Scanner Radio for repair. The unit never arrived. I only received a blue plastic disk about silver dollar size.
I ordered a Whistler TRX-1 Scanner Radio on May 05, 2020 from Choulio Shop located on 3043 Stoneybrook Rd. Orlando FL 32801.
On May 18, 2020 tracking number #*** from the United States Postal Service (USPS) assigned to the Whistler TRX-1 Scanner Radio arrived according to the USPS Tracking website stating it was in the mailbox. Upon checking the mailbox I notice one small envelope with the same matching tracking number. Opening the envelope I assumed it was a letter for pickup or something. The only thing inside this envelope was a small blue plastic disk about the same height and size of a silver dollar. There was no delivery or sales receipt enclosed indicating to me that they had no follow through to complete the sale. I've been a shipper/Receiver for 4 years and paperwork must always be included. There is a big difference between a rather large scanner radio and a tiny plastic piece.

I ordered a $70 piano keyboard but in turn got a cheap blue plastic toy that fits in the palm of my hand.

I ordered a "Margaritaville Coast is Clear Women's Beach Cruiser Bike, 26in" from this company on May 8. I paid $66.00 plus shipping for a total of $70.49. I paid with my *** Account. My order # is ***, and I received confirmation from *** after purchase. I can log into my account on Choulioshop.live and see the order there as well. Along the way I received status updates from *** only, never from the company. I had a feeling from the start this was a scam, but for whatever reason I went along with it. When I received shipping status information I was pleasantly, however skeptically, surprised. I received a few more shipping updates, though on the choulio website the order still shows processing. Today I received an update that my package was to be delivered. I was excited, thinking, huh, maybe I'll actually get the cute bike I ordered. Nope... it came in a 4x6in envelope that I opened to find 2 teeny tiny playing dice. Totally random, and totally not at all what I ordered (obviously). I was thinking I'd at least receive a photo of a bike, or maybe even a barbie size bike, that would have at least given me a chuckle... not two random lame dice. I've contacted the company, though one of the email addresses ***, is undeliverable. The other one is [email protected], which appears to have gone through.
The site also comes up as YuiYot Shop.

The shipment came from the address below (once it arrived from China, though that label is in Chinese and I can't type it out in Chinese).
