Christian Faith Publishing was amazing From the time I submitted my manuscript until the end of the process, they were nothing but great They were quick to answer all of my questions, offer advice, and do anything they could to make the process smooth and positive I look forward to working with them in the future

The product Christian Faith published for me is a daily planner This planner is used daily for months and the spine of my personal planner failed in less than months of use Other planners sold to customers are failing as well, so I e-mailed my publishing coordinator regarding my concern and she explained that ***, the distributor, will not refund money to the author for the purchases I made, unless the books were damaged at the time of delivery And Christian Faith will not repair or pay for repair of the plannersShe further explained that the planners sold on-line or with retailers would be addressed by the retailers if the customers ask the retailer for a form to fill out which would be issued by *** upon request from the retailer
In addition to the first complaint, Christian Faith Publishing advertised they would produce an e-book of the planner However, the e-book they produced is not a writable version, rendering it useless for the customer for entr

The prospect of working with a Christian Faith Publishing company appealed to us in that we could be free in expressing the shared values and faith we hold dear in our work, without fear of possible biased censorship as a non-faith based publisher might be inclined to attemptWe earnestly loved the entire process and absolutely LOVED the Cover Design and font they picked for our adventure story book theme !! My daughter and I signed an agreement with Christian Faith Publishing, Inc., on December 1,
The agreement stated that the copy editor will proof and edit our manuscript
The Timeline Publishing Process, Editorial Review: Stated a seasoned editor will thoroughly proof my manuscript for grammatical issues etc(see attached copy of form)
AThis was not doneOnce I signed the agreement, my manuscript was returned to me with tremendous errors, grammatical issues, and punctuation issues etc
BCFP sent my manuscript to me to do the editorial work when I paid $3, in full for this editorial service
CI took a year and a half to do the editorial work on my manuscript
DI had to pressure CFP, with the action of filing a lawsuit, for the company to have their seasoned editor, do the editorial work on my manuscript

I communicated to Shalanda G***, in an email, that she would give me an update on the public

I was looking for a publishing company that had knowledge and understanding of scripture and CFP delivered on both aspectsMy favorite part by far was communicating with Shannon, my Publication Specialist She kept the excitement and thrill of publishing a book throughout the entire processThe communication between the Publication Specialist and myself was excellentShannon listened to every detail no matter how small or irrelevant it may have been and she guided me through every facetCFP exceeded my overall expectations and I would recommend them to other authorsCFP from the beginning presents a wealth of knowledge and experience in publishing and being particular in what they publish places an even greater value on their companyHowever, the finish product speaks for them, the finish product is their letter of recommendation
