I learned about Christian Faith Publishing through a family member From start to finish of my project, and with the very patient Cassandra as my contact and Publishing Specialist, I highly recommend CFP! It's a much more affordable venture compared to other self-publishing companies and I believe the finished project more professionally done as wellYears ago, I was one of many who were victims of a self-publishing scheme and that made me hesitant to try again CFP is a pleasure to work with The inclusions and overall experience were extremely positive I'm hoping my recently released book will do well and am looking forward to a second project at some point

I have paid this company 3,dollars as they promised to work hard on proof reading, editing and grammar proficiency before publishing my bookthey have failed to do thisMy book is out now for sale an they have not proof-read my bookHowever, I kept returning it to them to fix it and my customer services lady told me if I return it again its another charge, well I would have to return it again if they did it the right way the first time so I had no other choice but to approve itThe flow of the book is not good, they did not work on the editing and proof reading like they promised in their contract by a professional, and they added double words in my book which was something I did not have in my manuscript they accidentally did that themselves, on page 142, there is a double "and" next to each otherI have had so many people ask me who proof read my book? Before even completing my book going out on the web to find a publisher I saw CFP and sent for a free publishing kitReceiving a follphone call from one of their representatives I knew in my heart I didn't have to search any farther for a publisherIt was the best decision I could have madeI can understand why CFP deserves to be a five-star companyThe cover design for my book is awesome, highlights on the hills and skies made it come aliveMy CFP Publication Specialist Shannon, was very professional guiding me through each step of the process, always courteous and patient wanting to make sure I was satisfiedCFP exceeded my overall expectations and I certainly would recommend their company to any aspiring author because of the way they handle their clients showing them they are doing everything possible to make their book a success

I found out that Christian Faith Publishing was out of business then returned into business the last three yearsThey did something unheard of in publishing: They sent me e-mails and a letter that stated I could not change my text! We are customers and all of the authors are human beings and we are fallible, like anyone elseI have a contract from another Publisher that says I can change my book even after publishing, which is the standard for a reputable companyI sent in $1150, $twice or a total so far of $I told them to please send my money back but they never returned anything or even an e-mailThey do not operate as their name implies eitherThey say on their sight that they are accredited by the Revdex.com, but do not seem to be eitherI told them that a book can come out a lot faster and so can editingThey told me that if I edited my book they would not edit itI sent a "sample" early on and they ran an editing program after I sent them another e-mailThey edi

I disagree with the company's response to my complaintI did receive a voicemail message on December 11, followed by an email letting me know that Shalanda account manager try to get a hold of me but she left me a voicemail on my home phoneI responded back to her email letting her know I would call her on December or 13thI did return her call on December 13, but I received her voicemailI left her a message asking her to call me on my cell phoneAlso I left her the number so I wouldn't miss her call next timeNo one ever responded back to me until 12/21/, but she didn't call my cell phone so I missed that call as wellThe same evening I sent Shalanda an email letting her know I left her a voicemail on December with my cell phone number on and that I was surprised I haven't heard from her 12/21/Shalanda left me another voicemailBut I didn't receive the message until after business hours, so I emailed her asking her to please call me on 12/22/on my cell phone. she did return my callThe morning of 12/22/and guaranteed me they would correct all of my concernsI told her I'd would be willing to continue working with their companyAll I wanted was my book to be done rightSo as of right now I will withdraw my complaint and hope that what she promised me does in fact happen and then because of my concerns with the representative I was working withShe told me if I have any more problems or concerns with him to call her directly and she will take care of itIf everything that she promises me happens, then I will be satisfied with the company and withdraw my complaint thank you, *** ***

CFP was clear with my assignments and with setting my expectations They were friendly and flexible to work with They made me feel like a serious author and they delivered upon their promises They receive my highest recommendation!

They take your money and disappearI had to do my own editing and create my own cover I was told that I had to find out if my cover image was copywrited so I asked to have them duplicate something similar They went ahead and printed it with that image I wanted help on editing the back cover They didn't help with that I told them to leave out a particular paragraph in the book, they left it in I can't keep up with the mistakes and I can't get them to return my calls or my money I would NEVER recommend this company As others have said, they have zero communication with you after they get your money I've gone nearly two weeks waiting on a reply to an email I've called and asked to cancel my contract, and they ignore me It looks like getting an attorney is my only option at this point

When I was looking for a publishing company, the qualities that were important to me were the following: someone who treated me with respect, someone who was honest with me, and someone who was excited about my bookChristian Faith Publishing delivered on those three qualities and more! My favourite part of the process was the cover designI had no idea what my book cover would look like and I really wanted it to stand out and give the reader a connection when they looked at the coverI was blown away by the cover of my book! It was exactly as I envisioned and even better than I envisioned! The cover of my book jumped off the page and touched my

My experience with Christian Faith Publishing has been extremely satisfactory I presented the staff with several significant challenges with regards to publishing my manuscript, which they were able to meet successfully, often exceeding my expectations I believe they provide a superior product, relatively prompt customer service, and well-worth the cost I would use Christian Faith Publishing again, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wishing to publish their work
