They have the worst customer support and careYou are worthless to them, they are draconian with heir policies even if they are at faultI am forced to use their product at times, their hardware usually works all right, however their software is absolute garbage, older model support nonexistent, worse than Applehowever, if you have an issue, do not doubt for one second Dell cares about you, even if you have been a customer for decades and have bought several dozen systems from them alreadyTerrible experience each time I have the displeasure of contacting them, their customer support has always been bad, but industry standard, now it has gone to the gutter in the last few years
