In response to this issue, the purchase appears to have been made on his personal *** card. Unfortunately, we do not handle that card and it would be necessary for him to contact that credit card company to dispute the purchase.Thank you

The responses were generic letters stating no further details and no resolution or explaination of issue or no channel to resolve the issueEvery time I call they say write a letterEvery time I write a letter no direction is given for resolutionI tried opening a new account per the guidance of a phone representative and my request was denied due to my original account is suspendedI continue to write letters asking why and how to remove the suspension with no willingness from the company to provide any information to meTheir last generic letter to me stated they now consider this resolved but nothing has been resolved.

The Citi called me and agreed to pay 50% ($245) for this transactionI respectfully disagree.I used Citi credit card for purchasing on the phone. The merchant asked me to sign the online contract so as to get the final confirmation emailThen, there was no any response from the merchantI reported to Citi immediately for freezing the payment until I receive the confirmation emailCiti told me to give more days to merchantCiti also told me I could dispute this transaction if I didn't receive the service I orderedI did exactly the same as what Citi saidFour months passed, I couldn't reach the merchant either by email nor by phoneCiti still suggest me to try to contact merchant because this travel package will be valid within one yearI told Citi several times this was a scamI also online searched to find many victims by the same merchantCiti clearly understand the rick to wait a response from the merchant and take no action for the paymentI attach the last letter to Citi for the fact and proof that I can't reach the merchant and ask merchant to perform the promised serviceOne *** *** from Citi dispute team also tried to contact customer service on Jan **, 2015, and no any response on travel reservation was obtained after waiting 20+ minutesI reported to local police office for the fraud about this merchantConsidering the above facts and the supported documents I submitted to Citi before, Citi should fully refund $to me, rather than 50% refund.Thanks

Now the business has contacted me and basically LIED about a telephone call which occurred the day after I applied for the accountI am demanding that they pull the recording of this call and they will see who is lying and who is telling the truthI received a call several days ago from a woman who claimed she was the same person who pulled my credit report on my first call to them after I was not approved for the card She said she didn't see anything on the report that was delinquent and that I should contact *** So now she contacts me saying she is the same person who reviewed my report the first time I contacted them by phone and saying the report shows delinquency An out and out lie from what she told me the first timeI don't what you people are up to, but I insist that the recordings be reviewedI will file legal action against CITI and then they will be supoaend so you might as well listen to them now If this isn't rectified I will be at *** and *** making sure I tell people in line to NOT apply for your card
