I have filed a compaint against the Citibank Call Center in *** ***..They are charging me over and over for a late fee I did not concur..I DID pay my account off in FULL however and asked that it be closedThe original late fee was waved, there is absolutely Zero justification for any late charges..since I requested my Full Balance amount that was needed to pay off the account in full and close it,,as I have done, a couple months ago, they keep sending me inccuring charges that is basically a late charge they keep adding on to, I tried to talk to them but they are trained to ignore and confuse the consumer and give us nothing but crap, they wouldnt even put me thru to a *** stating its not how they operate..I have now just gotten the 3rd bill for the original late fee the bill is now up to dollars, even tho my account was closed and paid in full before they sent me this bill..it makes no senseThey need to stop harrassing me, my only avenue was to file a complaint with you and from the response I am barely getting from them they are continuing to ignore and bully me..please get this BULLY company to withdraw their bogus charges..its criminal they should not be allowed to be in business and treat ppl this way. *** *** *** **

CITIBANK did not address my resolution whatsoever. They are attempting to use stall tactics, in hopes that I wont respond and CONTINUE to embarrass them. So whoever is reading this can comfortably know that I am going to continue coming at you and continue to make complaints against your unethical business practices until you fulfoill my desired resolution of RE OPENING MY ACCOUNT. By the way, I truely hope for your sake that you start addressing with your employees about not bringing THEIR PERSONAL LIFE AND PERSONAL GRIEVENCES WITH CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE.Again, if you continue with this behavior in regards to generic messaging on Revdex.com and ignoring my request, I will continue to make your company lose face.Good DayP.SIt's in your best interest to reopen my account ASAP

I have attemted to resolve the issues with citi bankthey took what we negotiated and changed it and there still is some negative reporting on my credit reportI authorize the better buisness bureau to act on my behalf on all levels as well as have total access to all information needed to resolve this disputeCiti bank has treated and continue to treat me unfairlyI will continue to make the payments for fear of Citi bank reporting negative things to my crediti lost out on credit that I applied for and never receivedI never got a credit card and only recently am I receiving a bill but still no credit card in which apparently I earnedBut because of negligients on fords behalf my information compromised and sent to an inapproiate address Then they helped me enroll into a credit protection planned for free in which they just stopped thatWhos to say the address in which they sent all the bills and information to doesnt missue that information at some later dateThey did not give me the credit card, harrassed me with collection calls and were rude on many levels when I tried to resolve the issuesThey were totally in fault in me not geettting the credit card and securing and protecting my informationSign *** ***
