My Family has received numerous calls that are against the law trying to be sold their offerings despite being on the DNC list. I have tried to settle things with John Klapick who has been nothing but rude in trying to resolve this matter. I have evidence of all the calls that were made and from the phone numbers that were made. A demand letter was sent. Since then Mr. Klapick has been curt and extremely poor in customer relations to the point that he basically called me stupid that I knew nothing about the laws I am going after the company for. I have yet to receive a response on HIS thirty day discovery period that he requested. I even gave extra days for the holiday's and new years because not all of us celebrate the same holiday.

Full Demand amount and a personalized apology from Mr. Klapick. I no longer want him handling this case. I much rather speak with Mr. Andrew Youngman or Mrs. Laura Orchard to settle this matter since it seems Mr. Klapick has no customer service skills when it comes to TPCA violations. If this is settled and the full demand amount is received, and I no longer have to speak to Mr. Klapick, I will withdraw my complaint from the Revdex.com.

They got my disability approved the FIRST try! I am soooo very greatful for them taking care of the huge amount of tedious confusing paperwork for a minimal cost to me. Now I dont have to worry about how the rent is gonna get paid and can focus on trying to get better! Thank you Citizens Disability, you guys ROCK!!!

They have been calling me and texting me for almost 2 weeks. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me but the calls and text keep coming. I told them I was calling the Revdex.com. Still they call everyday or text. Threaded to call Attorney General that hasn't worked. They still call. ANY IDEAS.

I started getting calls from Citizens Disability out of the blue last month. They claim that I had requested their services. I am 62 and I do not consider myself unable to to work. They keep insisting that I don't need to be disabled in order to qualify for disability and other times they tell me that they know that I am disabled. I am not sure what they base ther information on. I have an underactive thyroid and the medication works well so I can work. I have asked them to stop harassing me with their calls several times a day but they ever give up.

They are Good! Their name carroes weight, call them they can and will help

After being scammed so many times, I just didn't feel comfortable so I stopped the process when they mentioned a fee. I will talk it over with my husband and give them an answer when they call back tomorrow morning.
I wish I could speak to people like me who did not trust at face value. Also the 3 people I spoke with all had accents. I'm curious to know why everyone I have spoken to have the same the of accent. I don't mind accents... I have one! However, is it just a coincidence that they all have the same type of accent?

Worst group of 'Pros' I've ever dealt with!! I have worked in Call Centers (for insurance companies) for years.
Incompetent and Apathetic is what they are!! Playing games with people's cases and valuable time. They Do Not practice active listening skills, likely based on the fact that it's their second language, and poor training. I began avoiding calling because it was such a circus to hand hold and baby sit their reps AND mangers. Everyone at this company either refuse to answer direct questions, have not had the training to answer or have been simply instructed to Apologize for their ineptness until you disconnect. It has gotten so blatant that I began recording the calls myself and advising them of such...yet still manager after manager contradict each other. At this point, I have a hard time believing that this is a legitimate company, let alone that they can actually represent anyone competently!!!!
I have already been denied and lied to about why I was denied. For the 1st 6 months (yes Six!!) They failed to report my part time employment and I was denied. I spoke to yet another manager who (on a recorded call) advised me that they "had no information that I was employed, so they had not sent it." Once I punted out that they've had this info on my original application, the story was changed to "SSI didn't request that info". ?? I can't even with these sharks!!! Clearly, the game is to drag their feet while feining incompetence in order to collect more money on the back end for work they have Not performed!!!
In short, I was advised today that there is only 1 customer service number. It IS overseas. It is mainly Pakistani based. You CANNOT dial a number to handle your business in the states (although different employees seem to have different info.) These people with argue, lie to, apologize to, placate, but NOT Answer direct questions.
In Summary; if you're actually disabled and want true service, DON'T hire these people!!! They have zero skills and will lie to you in a second!! (If you choose them; be smart- RECORD THE CALLS YOURSELF!- then get a different firm. I'm finding a local atty to handle both SSI and Citizens Disability.

I'm 56 years old and have put in over 30+ years in the Healthcare Industry and my knees have given up on me finally. I signed up for disibility and Citizens of Disability helped me because the process is mind blowing. They took care of everything and walked me through every step of the way. Yes I was turned down 2 times before they "Reconsidered " my case. Citizens of Disability didn't give up on me, so I didn't give up either. Thank You Citizens of Disability for everything that you do. I'm forever grateful.

My claim has finally reached Fully Favorable. I appreciate the assistance Citizens gave me. Going through disability takes a lot of patience and work all around. When my hearing came to date, the attorney talked with me and spoke with ALJ. This all went through well. Now we need wait for award letter. Once again, thanks for the help and I look forward to closing the case. The CSR’s are helpful and will help us in whatever way the can to answer questions

I feel Citizen Disability was a God sent. They where there for me when I was in Need. I put my trust in them over the phone, which I never do but I felt true vibes. I now get the insurance I paid for. I could not have done this on my own. It happened quickly too. It took 90days to know. So the man on the phone said it would:) . I am convinced they may have Known the name (Citizens Disability). Thank you all so much for helping me with the security I now feel!:-).

How these people got my phone number I do not know. I have blocked them and will tell them that. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE... they totally screwed me over. They NEVER return phone calls. I was at the federal level. My 3rd and final appeal. The federal judges sent a letter to Citizens Disability. . In April.... They NEVER LET ME KNOW THAT I NEEDED TO FILL OUT ANOTHER APPEAL... I fired them in May for their lack of help, I did it all myself. They sent 2 different lawyers to my court dates, neither one knew anything about me or my case. Pretty much got laughed out of the courtroom. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHISTERES.

Knowledgeable staff, great follow up. Quick decision about eligibility due to fast work from Citizens Disability. Appeal was a no worry event.
Very satisfied with outcome.

There were a few miscommunications,but all in all it was worth it. I was approved.
