I have not completed the process as of yet. However, what I can tell you is the I have been called and texted by this company multiple times a day. It is driving me absolutely insane.... What can they want? I mean, every day - several times a day.... calls, texts.... I, too, was dealing with someone over the phone that had broken English and has been telling me that I have a very good case or it was a very promising case. Additionally, I was under the impression that Citizens Disability was part of the *** Agency and assisted applicants who needed to apply for ***. Starting from the "get-go", I asked many times - most every call - if I was being charged "any" fee at all. I was told, "No. Absolutely not. We just assist you throughout the process making sure you're well represented." I got my packet from Citizen's today. I started reading through the material. Page 5 of 9, Part 3 - Fee Arrangement. "I am charging a fee and requesting direct payment of the fee from withheld past-due benefits? I immediately called the office and asked to speak to the woman that I had been dealing with. The woman on the phone had "no" idea who that was - who was working on my case. I asked her, "Would you look in my file to find out who that was?" She said, "No I don't have that information". She asked, "How can I help"? I wasn't happy and explained that I had gotten the paperwork from Citizen's and I was assured there would be no fee for helping with the application and getting it approved; but, THERE IT WAS. She further explained I'm not paying any fee. I told her "clearly I am". I pay a fee out of money that was from withheld past-due benefits - That means I am paying a fee out of money owed me. She further claimed that I'm not being charged a fee. What part of this am I missing? I would have agreed to this HAD I KNOW IN ADVANCE AND NOT BEEN TOLD THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY FEES. But, the fact is, is this was done as a deceitful tatic most likely hoping that I would just sign and sent in.
What I've learned in this world, thus the reason things are the way they are in this day and age, is that businesses think it's ok to undermine the public and most likely the older generation 'cause, well, we tend to have the "old fashioned" kinda trust rule at heart. This company claims that all their calls are recorded. They need to listen to my calls and hear me firmly asking about fees and not just once.
I'm not happy. I spent multiple time on the phone when I had things to do with this woman who was NOT being honest about the fee nor about the correlation between Citizens and ***. I believed they worked for ***. If you've got ANY ideas that will help mend this situation so it can get back on track, I'm willing to listen. Until then, my paperwork will not be sent back in. I should charge YOU for MY time.

I am on the National Do Not Call List. I am tired of the *** calling anyway!!! Calling from the Phillippines, can barely understand what he/she is saying, and in the message left on my phone they try to make you THINK that they are associated with the federal government because they ID themselves as " National Disability" not "Citizens Disability". Everyone can see that's a marketing ploy, and a very dishonest one.

Citizens Disability represented me and I was rewarded Disability in a timely manner, they're very aggressive and professional dealing with the ***.

Citizens Disability receives NO STARS from me based on my horrible experience. I spent hours on the phone being interviewed and providing detailed information pertinent to my claim only to have countless other agents call to pull me through the process countless additional times. None of the agents/employees I tried to work with could speak clear english making the experience even more difficult. At the peak of my frustration I requested to speak to a supervisor to assist me. I was assured that a supervisor would call me back. Each agent I spoke to had no online record that my claim had been initiated, or even existed, completed or submitted for processing, even though I was assured by an Agent name Kim that they had the information necessary to proceed with my claim. Today is 4 days after my request to speak to a supervisor and no call back. So attempted to call again for a status update. A recording comes on stating that "based on their records they could not assist me". Clearly they have blocked my phone number to avoid speaking with me because the management didn't have the courtesy or business savy to call me back and deal with my concerns. If you have a disability claim that needs to be submitted to Social Securty, I would definately recommend you choose an alternative service provider. Cordially

I have worked with Citizens Disability for over 3 1/2 years on my disability claim. I haven't been able to work for 5 years; and because of my health issues, they said I had an excellent case. I was patient and I did everything I was supposed to do. My legal team made a couple of mistakes that I was very disappointed with. They are supposed to be the professionals and I was really counting on them. I don't know if those mistakes were the reason my claim kept being disapproved, but eventually I was told there was nothing else they could do for me so my case was dropped. I wasted all this time for nothing. I am very disappointed with this organization.

Liked working with this company.will recommend them to others

Awesome customer service. Keep up the good work. Very hard working for the good of the clients.

I would like to especially say Thanks to Mr. Y and his team at Citizen Disability. They made this process so much easier and quicker than I expected to get my case approved. And yes APROVED!! I really appreciate them helping me with the paperwork and sending emails to let me know what is going on with my case. Again, thanks CITIZEN DISABILITY.

Most firms won't help you start your claim they only jump in after you jump thru the hoops.
Citizens Disability is there from the start to the finish.
