Defective manufactured chaise lounge CITY FURNITURE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DELT WITH AND I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN...BUYER BEWARE! On August 11, 2018, my wife and I purchased a chaise lounge from City Furniture in Jensen Beach FloridaThe chase was delivered August 15th with the front legs brokenI called customer service (what a joke) they informed me they would replace the chase and the soonest available was On August 23, I informed them we have a memorial service scheduled at our home Saturday, August and after hours of complaining they moved the delivery to August and told me a "Premiere Delivery" was scheduled and they would assure no damageThe chase was delivered on August and the delivery personnel were not "Premiere"They drop off the chase just like the first, in my foyer fully wrappedAs I unwrapped the chase, I noticed the front legs were also brokenI stopped the delivery personnel and asked them to return the broken

I bought a bed from city furniture it was whitethey delivered it on labor daywhen the driver took it out of the box it was filthy full of handprintsthe driver called customer service they stated they would call us backnow two weeks have gone by no call I have called them twice get the same response we will call you backif I don't get a response I will take my bed and personally deliver it to the wellington store show room this is the second time they do this to methey suck at customer service will never buy from there again invoice

This company has terrible customer service! We purchased a sofa on 10/20/One of the cushions went flatI sent photos to them and they agreed to replace the cushion inside the leather on 01/19/Over the next months I called timesEach time the individual I spoke to assured me the part had been ordered and was on its way and they would call me back to let me know the statusNone of them (I started keeping a record of names: [redacted] 06/23/17, [redacted] 07/07/and [redacted] 07/12/17) ever called me back as promised! When the installer finally arrived at our house on 07/21/the wrong part had come in! He was very nice, he told us not to worry, that he had the correct part back at his shop He called us on 07/to reschedule installation and came on 08/03/to install the partSo it took days for us to get our sofa fixed that was less than months old when City Furniture agreed to repair itThe entire time City Furniture employees acted as though they really didn't care about customer service at allI spoke to [redacted] in the escalation deptand he was even worse! He offered me a $gift certificate as though I was complaining to get cash! I told him I wanted to speak to someone who actually cared about the company and how it's being run, I didn't want cash! I wanted the president of the company to know how the company was being runI asked for the email address or phone number of the president and he told me he didn't have itHe asked if I wanted anything else and then he hung up on me! NEVER AGAIN will I enter this store!

We purchased our first adjustable bed frame and mattress as a set The frame is faulty and the mattress is incompatible for use with that frame We spent $(which included a $year warranty service) for an adjustable bed frame and mattress Two issues: A.the frame proved to be faulty Entering or exiting the bed caused loud noises in the frame Calls to the manufacturer (Mottosleep) resulted in them sending repair parts to our home They then sent their 'furniture technician'(Robin) Within minutes he determined that the frame was defective, could not be repaired, and needed to be replaced Additionally, store Mgralso sent an employee (Patrick) to see the frame He confirmed it was defective Bthe construction of the mattress is rigid and will not bend This makes it incompatible with the movement of the frame Both representatives noted this problem and agreed the mattress and frame didn't work together as a set

I purchased a dining room table in MayThey do not have table because they keep on reselling the table I purchased a dining room table and chairs, couch and chair in MayCurrently live in NY and arranged for delivery date for now when we flew down just to receive furnitureI received a text and a phone call confirming deliveryThe morning of delivery I received a phone call from the driver that they do not have our dining room table I called customer service and was told that the policy is that they do not hold merchandise for more than days and it is on back orderWe explained that no one told us about this and we paid in full, how can they resell merchandise that was ordered by us??? Dressser purchased is damaged and they will not refund money, or replace I purchased a dresser from City Furniture on Bichara Blvd., Lady Lake, Fl in the amount of $the dresser was delivered to my home on August 11, The delivers put the dresser in my bedroom, first of all on top of the wires for my cable and had to have them move itThey made me sign a computer screen and left before I could examine the dresser I tried to remove the styrofoam wrapping around each drawer but had difficulty with the one on the bottom right I finally got I t out and the drawer kept making a scarping sound as I tried to open and close the drawer I figured out how to take the drawer out and saw that the bottom of the dresser is completely broken, the drawer is of sub quality with damages to the drawer both inside and out along the dovetailing the front of the dresser has a gauge/knick in it as well I immediately called the company and they told me I had to take pictures and se
