We are happy to report that we have reached a agreement with this customer, we would also like to thank you for giving us your honest feed back, we will use your feedback to improve our customer serviceWe now have locations in [redacted] and [redacted] where we service our customers out of; we install between 20-kitchens a week and deliver twice as many that our customer install themselves, and needless to say most of these customers give us positive reviews, also we are registered with the state, fully insured and take pride in giving the best value proposition when you buy a kitchen

Dear Revdex.com, I am writing to you in regards to concerns posted here, we are happy to report that we are progressing well on the completion of the project, we are also currently working with [redacted] ***, and have come up with a mutual agreement to resolve this matter between [redacted] & Express Kitchens , and we are currently waiting for the final paperwork to finalizeIn brief, we at Express, strive to fix our customer complaints and not shadow the complaints by compensating monetarily; however we offering a credit to [redacted] as a customer service gestureWith open locations and thousands of kitchens sold, we maintain an A+ rating with Revdex.com for that very reasonIn our business, believe us, that is hard to achieve

I have to report that we have finished the customers kitchen % as confirmed by customer over the phone with us.We have not been able to reach a mutually agreeable credit amountWe have made a good faith gesture offer to [redacted] and she rejected it over email.If there are any other concerns or questions the customer can reach us at ###-###-#### directly.I would also like to remind all our mutual customers that we have locations in CT and MA now, we install + kitchens a week and deliver twice that amount that customers put in them selves, and when you deal with that many customers you are bound to have some issues but this is a anomoly and not the norm when choosing Express Kitchens to buy a kitchen.Our newest location is going to open in Torrington CT soon, we are fully insured and licensed and take pride in providing the best value proposition when buying a kitchens in this market.Thank youCharles M***

I have reviewed the response and at this point I am willing to accept it with the following conditions. First, I will monitor my credit account to see if the credit is applied along with any tax which would have been applicable to that charge. In addition, the merchant is scheduled to perform the required repair as outlined in my original complaint and therefore I will withhold final acceptance until that repair is completed to my satisfaction.I also find it interesting and a clear indication of this merchant's integrity to use this as a marketing forum versus a service forum

I thank Mrs.***'s for updating this review on the doorsWe went to Mrs.***s kitchen on Dec 14th, with the replacement doors, out of those was not found acceptable and we have re-ordered it againOur Customer Service Rep Cynthia has also assured Mrs*** that we are going to make sure we expedite the last door so that the project is completed 100%Also We take people’s comments very seriouslyIf someone isn’t happy, we address this issue to the best of our capabilityWe now have locations in CT and ** where we service our customers out of; we install between 20-kitchens a week and deliver twice as many that our customer install themselves, and needless to say most of these customers give us positive reviews, also we are registered with the state, fully insured and take pride in giving the best value proposition when you buy a kitchen
