to whom it may concern,i'm resonding to Revdex.com complaint id [redacted] submitted by [redacted] on 10/20/our technician arrived at the [redacted] home to complete duct work cleaningour advertisement is vents, retun ,main,and complete system inspection for the [redacted] home had vents returns and mainsalso the technicians found mold during inspectiontotal cleaning was and after envirocon sanitizer treatment and sporicidin mold treatment the total was the technicians went over this estimate with whom mrs [redacted] left in chargeafter talking on the phone and discounting down to they agreed to perform work and the person left in charge signed for mrs [redacted] the technicians cleaned and treated all duct workon 10/28/mr [redacted] stopped payment his complaint being some dust on the floor and oil spot in drivewaymr [redacted] offered to pay basic cleaning and for the cancelled check feeour offer was another off total for dust on carpet and oil spot on driveway and we pay cancelled check feeleaving his total at even

I think that the way you are unprofessionally conducting yourself as a business owner says more than anythingMy flooring engineered hardwood with a layer of bamboo on topI've explained this multiple timesIt is not laminate floor and no my pound dogs did not damage the floorYou metal, heavy equipment and careless tech didI had scratches to my floor and have a photo of each scratchAlso, I don't understand why you are acting, my flooring is low cost therefore unimportant that your company damaged itAll customers are important and everyones' property should be treated that way, as wellOne scratch or scratches, your company is liableAs previously explained, the major portion of cost to repair was removal of much of the floor to access the pieces and then putting the fooor back together

Our company tried to go figure out the problemCustomer does not want us in her home so we will send a refund as requested if this will fix the problem

It is extremely obvious this is a professional customer who gets all work done for free the Revdex.com should have a plan in place for customers like this, if customer wants legal action maybe that's the way to go, so it will not be wrote offand if this changes our Revdex.com rating customer will be legally responsible for this

Customer was given estimate for additional services that need to be done and she refused so we done what the ad covered as requested by customer if we didn't write not a full cleaning on work order than she would of said we left it dirty and would want it to be cleaned for freeAll of her ductwork was only $we complete approxhomes per year and just have a few complaints from customers who knows nothing about air duct cleaningthe only scam is the customers who want you to work for free and complain when you don'tAny company who asks there people to work for free is breaking the labor lawsThere will be no refund and when it cost more to get completed than what we would do it for our estimate is off the table

We are currently trying to get into contact with customerleft message on phonejob was done November 19th and 20th is was a water damage clean up also along with the airduct cleaning

When Techarrived to do inspection The husband ask if she wanted tech to come in and she stated noSo there is no way for us to inspect to see what the problem isAnd as to we couldn't articulate what the problem was we need to inspect to find outjust like a car mechanic cant articulate whats wrong with your vehicle until he does a inspection

we are not paying for her whole floor, when customer stated it was or scratches, lets go to court they will say the same thingI still have pics of the two scratches that has been taken from different angles trying to make it look like a lot morecustomer stated that the floor was just refinished and its not hardwood see her picsSince the floor is laminate maybe it is all her dogs scratching it

Customer was given estimate for additional services needed after signed agreement by customer services was completed, customers filter was to small not filtering air which was addressed to customer on estimate sheet which was agreed to, Filter was special order when we received filter we set up with customer for us to come and install, when tech got to home customer stated he did not want anymore so we refunded for filterafter we discounted complete job it was over $off, so customer did not pay for filter and we eat the $shipping charge for filter and refunded more than was paid for filter (refund of $100) Customers reason for wanting money back was he thinks he paid to muchAdvice to customer don't agree to have services done if you don't want to pay for them

We our working with customer to resolve problem, Duct work is clean per customer pics, Blower has some growth on fan blade per customer pics, uv light is like putting the sun in your duct workCustomer is talking to other people to make her decisions so taking time to figure out, She wants uv left in until we come up with a agreement

Every home is different so just like ad states additional vents, returns, mains are priced separatelywe also offer a/c cleaning, air handler cleaning, sanitizing, duct repair, mold testing, dryer vent cleaning, uv lighting systemso what was seen that needed done a estimated was presented what the customer wants done is up to them, so we done what she wanted doneand the access panel placed on main line was sealed with HVAC tape not duck tape that why they changed the name because its not for ductsand the customer is trying to charge back payment

Its past the days there will be no refund

Inspecting the before and after photos of inside the vacuum shows that my complaint is valid and a full refund should be offered because the pictures show there were PILES of dust that were missed due to "lazy' work by your tech.Not every pipe of the system can have photos taken due to bends in the ductwork, but the photos of the vacuum bag do not lieThe photos of the vacuum bag show that many parts of the duct work were not cleaned by your technician beyond what could be seen from the floor*** *** found a ping pong ball and construction debris (from when our house was built years ago) in our duct work that your technician did not get out, but they did.*** *** does not charge extra to clean the vent covers, even the vent cover that had growth on it, and as the pictures of the main line show, there was not a mold problem in the duct work that needed addressedYour technician was simply using one vent cover with growth as an excuse to upsell an expensive and unnecessary sprserviceThey also did not clean the furnace, they said it did not show signs of needing cleaned, except for the mess your technician left behind due to not properly preventing the little bit of dust he did extract from settling into the furnace, as seen by the loose dust bunnies found in their photos.And again, as I have complained all along, your technician did not clean the air returns in my house, even though I was billed extra for such workThe photos do not lie.Your company offered shoddy work, and a $refund does not sufficeA full refund is the only thing that is acceptable given the quality of work providedIf I went to a restaurant and asked for a turkey sandwich and got meatloaf instead, the restaurant wouldn't offer to have me pay for 2/of the turkey sandwich, they would give the meal for freeI asked for a duct cleaning and got nothing that even resembles a proper duct cleaningI will not pay you for the work you provided

I talked to *** *** today he lives in florida that's why when we called the residence *** said he don't live here. *** *** lives at address listed in complaint, they are going through a divorce*** is the who signed for work to be done at home*** stated they he will be back in
ohio in next days for us to come out and see what work was performed in homethe credit card that was used there was a stop payment so the bank is holding the moneyso we cant do anything until he gets back in town

Got link looked at pics the dirty furnace pictures customer declined services to clean, the sign in duct work that has quality duct cleaning by *** *** has metal shavings on top of sign that was not there when we cleaned duct work(sign or metal shavings), the duct work in a/c compartment that has what appears to be some sort of growth customer declined us to clean and treatI will agree to there is a few crumbs in duct work and even after *** *** pics there still is some crumbsThe *** *** invoice was for almost double for what we charged and customer said it was cheaperour offer is still a refund of

Because I said a moldy musty smell was in my home u went with my inexperience and said I had moldI simply had an odor I could not describe or locateToby via text which I still have said the odor was coming from the crawlspace and if I wanted to get rid of it I had to encapsulate itAfter he failed to fix it he tried covering his tracks and said I must have mold in my wallsSo I spent $with you and the smell never went away and that was only reason I ever calledThen I bought $dehumidifier to reduce moisture since odor never leftStill didn't helpThen I paid $for mold specialist to come out to fog and so an air testGuess what?! No moldSmell still aroundPlumber came out and found the cap for sewage pipe was off and as soon as he put that back on, smell went away. So me the inexperienced first time home owner vs an "expert" of course I'm going to believe everything Toby sold me on.
