I was supposed to receive a call back regarding my phone call to reschedule
the inspection 8/16/and have not received itThat was several hours agoThroughout this process, the business has repeatedly made efforts to not respond to my complaint in the hopes that I will forget about itOn the initial date of service, I called to complain within hours of the technician leavingI was told someone would call backThey did notWhen I called back days later, I was told that someone would call me back to schedule an inspectionThey did notI had to call again the same day to get on the scheduleThey want me to take a day off of work without pay in order to meet them for this inspection. I find this unacceptable, as I already took a day off of work to have this service performed, and it was performed poorlyThey will need to come after 6PM or on the weekends for an inspectionI called again to communicate this to the business and they have not called back to discuss the issue.I do not want a "re-do"The business had the opportunity to perform the service correctly the first time and did notThey then spoiled three opportunities to correct the issueI should not have to sacrifice more pay by taking days off from work in order to get a refund for poor workI will be forced to file a credit card dispute for substandard work if needed to resolve this complaint

Every service provided was done properly, and basically for free price didn't cover supplies we was just trying to help outas customer stated all estimates was extremely higher than oursAs to uv light customer waited weeks to get done and light was already goneOur Tech was trying to be nice
once again and give him the uv light he had in his homeThe company eat the labor costs of job and we should no lose supplies cost alsoIts obvious that no company has figured out how to solve problem fully it is a elimination process Thanks Rick

The additional work was not done before estimate sheet was signed and there was more things that needed done(see estimate sheet) but your wife just wanted to do the duct work cleaning, so that's what we done

I told the business that I had just had the flooring completely installed May I told them on multiple occasions it is $3/Sq ft flooringIt is engineered with a layer of bamboo on topI'm not understanding the confusion on thatTen pieces of flooring had to be replaced and most of the floor had to be ripped up and reinstalled, as the pieces click togetherI sent an invoice to them for the cost of repairing the flooring and got no reply back twiceI'm proceeding with small claims court unless business would like to settle priorThey have my contact information

Because I said a moldy musty smell was in my home u went with my inexperience and said I had moldI simply had an odor I could not describe or locateToby via text which I still have said the odor was coming from the crawlspace and if I wanted to get rid of it I had to encapsulate itAfter he failed to fix it he tried covering his tracks and said I must have mold in my wallsSo I spent $with you and the smell never went away and that was only reason I ever calledThen I bought $dehumidifier to reduce moisture since odor never leftStill didn't helpThen I paid $for mold specialist to come out to fog and so an air testGuess what?! No moldSmell still aroundPlumber came out and found the cap for sewage pipe was off and as soon as he put that back on, smell went away.
So me the inexperienced first time home owner vs an "expert" of course I'm going to believe everything Toby sold me on.

Inspecting the before and after photos of inside the vacuum shows that my complaint is valid and a full refund should be offered because the pictures show there were PILES of dust that were missed due to "lazy' work by your techNot every pipe of the system can have photos taken due to bends in the ductwork, but the photos of the vacuum bag do not lieThe photos of the vacuum bag show that many parts of the duct work were not cleaned by your technician beyond what could be seen from the floor*** *** found a ping pong ball and construction debris (from when our house was built years ago) in our duct work that your technician did not get out, but they did*** *** does not charge extra to clean the vent covers, even the vent cover that had growth on it, and as the pictures of the main line show, there was not a mold problem in the duct work that needed addressedYour technician was simply using one vent cover with growth as an excuse to upsell an expensive and unnecessary sprservice
They also did not clean the furnace, they said it did not show signs of needing cleaned, except for the mess your technician left behind due to not properly preventing the little bit of dust he did extract from settling into the furnace, as seen by the loose dust bunnies found in their photosAnd again, as I have complained all along, your technician did not clean the air returns in my house, even though I was billed extra for such workThe photos do not lieYour company offered shoddy work, and a $refund does not sufficeA full refund is the only thing that is acceptable given the quality of work providedIf I went to a restaurant and asked for a turkey sandwich and got meatloaf instead, the restaurant wouldn't offer to have me pay for 2/of the turkey sandwich, they would give the meal for freeI asked for a duct cleaning and got nothing that even resembles a proper duct cleaningI will not pay you for the work you provided

There was units scheduled upon inspection not only did duct work need cleaned blowers needed cleaned also customer seen what needed done estimate was given for a unit but we said do them all and it will be each and customer said do them all it took all day to do went back next
day to finish and that's when we found out that he said his furnace guys take care of furnace and he didn't want the rest of unitsand to making a mess it was xmas tree needles that was in a vent and we give a $to have a room of carpet cleanedso we want our other paid to us since we didn't do them all as agreed on

I have rejected the companies offer because not only did I not order a furnace filter but I saw it on the estimate and asked what it was and the company said a new filter My furnace filter is x x and they ordered x x and tried to tell me it fit my furnace The gave me a discount because I couldn't afford which was the original bid, now they are stating they had discounted all items individually which is not true They sent me a check for which should have been plus tax How do they get away from not refunding tax that was paid to them? I am a senior citizen and a disabled vet and I feel I have been taken advantage of due to my age How can you advertise and say it is When Michelle called me and told me she would agree to refund my plus tax on I told her that I wanted at least a refund plus because I believe I was overcharged I know I signed the contract but how many people change their mind after they have time to think about it I think this company is not customer orientiated and I feel I was scammed

We our working with customer to resolve problem, Duct work is clean per customer pics, Blower has some growth on fan blade per customer pics, uv light is like putting the sun in your duct work. Customer is talking to other people to make her decisions so taking time to figure out, She wants uv left...

I am rejecting this response because: The business used bait and switch tactics. There are numerous complaints as well as documentation that the Revdex.com has investigated them for this same matter. I have attached the documentation showing their quote for me of $1300 if I followed all of their service recommendations. When I made the appointment I specifically asked if there would be any additional charges after reading articles on fraudulent air duct cleaning companies and was told that the only charge would be for additional vents or returns ($10 and $15 respectively). Once everything was hooked up, the technician informed me that to clean air ducts it actually costs at least $300 normally and that my quote was less than he anticipated. When I refused to pay for additional services, he offered to come down in price- further proving to me that the price was inflated. Additionally, to access my vents they cut a large (one foot in diameter) hole in the ceiling of my duct work and then "patched" it by covering it with a piece of metal duct taped to the ceiling. Because the duct work gets hot, the tape will not stick, therefore I have hot air pouring into my basement instead of reaching the vents. I am not asking them to come fix the damage, I simply want a refund since the job I paid for was falsely advertised and was, in their own words, not even a complete cleaning.Regards,Jessica O[redacted]

Customer was given estimate for additional services needed after signed agreement by customer services was completed, customers filter was to small not filtering air which was addressed to customer on estimate sheet which was agreed to, Filter was special order when we received filter we set up...

with customer for us to come and install, when tech got to home customer stated he did not want anymore so we refunded 100 for filter. after we discounted complete job it was over $300 off, so customer did not pay 150 for filter and we eat the $35 shipping charge for filter and refunded more than was paid for filter (refund of $100) Customers reason for wanting money back was he thinks he paid to much. Advice to customer don't agree to have services done if you don't want to pay for them.

returns and 4 mains. also the technicians found mold during inspection. total cleaning was 424.80 and after envirocon sanitizer treatment and sporicidin mold treatment the total was 1155.41. the technicians went over this estimate with whom mrs [redacted] left in charge. after talking on the phone and discounting down to 971.69 they agreed to perform work and the person left in charge signed for mrs [redacted]. the technicians cleaned and treated all duct work. on 10/28/15 mr. [redacted] stopped payment his complaint being some dust on the floor and oil spot in driveway. mr [redacted] offered to pay 49.95 basic cleaning and 35 for the cancelled check fee. our offer was another 71.69 off total for dust on carpet and oil spot on driveway and we pay cancelled check fee. leaving his total at 900 even.

Debbie R[redacted] was decision maker at home day of service, there duct work consisted of 13 vents, 4 returns and 2 mains we have a estimate sheet signed prior to additional work being done and a signed work order on completion of services. this. We do take customer service seriously that's why we hired a customer service manager. But when work is already done how can give money back it makes no sense.

the tech did come in to my home and he was the individual who completed the service in the first place.  He could not articulate what he would be inspecting the system for that he would not have inspected it for when the problem occurred.  He then proceeded to argue with me that there was no problem in the first place.  If this company wants to use analogies to try to excuse their own failure then we'll proceed that way.  If I take my car to a mechanic and a problem occurs in the middle of the inspection, what should the mechanic do?  Fix the problem of course - not give the car back to the owner without inspecting the problem when it occurs.  This company is simply trying to find a legal loophole to avoid responsibility.  Had someone else completed the service when the problem occurred, an inspection by that tech may have been warranted.  Sending the very same person who was present when the problem occurred and in my opinion the person who created the problem, serves no purpose but to create an excuse for the company to avoid liability.  The company could not articulate what the tech would be inspecting either, and had no rationale for an inspection in light of the fact that it was the same person who caused the problem in the first place.  Asking me to allow an argumentative individual to explore my home, knowing that I am reporting a problem with his previous work, would be dangerous in many respects and the tech's argumentative and explosive nature threatened my sense of security - especially in light of the fact that my husband left after letting him in to my home.

we have tried to contact customer numerous times will not answer phone or return messages, so until customer responds there is nothing we can do.

Customer knew she had a problem per her complaint and she don't want to pay us or anyone to fix, she has been told several times what needs to happen and we are not working for free its against the law to ask our techs not to get paid, so her complaint is unfounded and if customer continues to bash...
